No, not really. I mean, I've only played a handful of adult games, but I didn't notice anyone named Lisa. <0< Not to rain upon your parade, but I must be frank in my response. In mainstream games I've played, I think there was one character named 'Lisa', that being Dead Or Alive 5 Ultimate.
