Because people (and i'm too) are tired of the amount of content around this fetish. In every thread, under every game there is an army of cucks demanding NTR. As if everything should contain it, every single game.
But the most annoying thing is that devs actually listen to them, because they scream the loudest. By adding such content, they try to please everyone by making it optional/avoidable, but you can't please everyone.
