this dev has the audacity charging a game so expensive on steam when even it barely playble, just for a figure the asking price of this game is 65% of elden ring globally doesn't matter where your region is and a game that have AAA size, yet everything works but not for this scam of sht.

Pretty good game, the loop isn't too hard unless you die way away from a waypoint.
Currently, the horse is bugged and monsters aren't loading properly (maybe due to my setting? but it shouldn't affect it tbh).
The initial tutorial is good, but the quests just tell you what to do without telling in objective if something special is needed to be constructed.
And the only way to initiate sex that I know of at the moment isjust being defeated. Wish there was a button to do it or quest gave you the skill (skill tree? what am I levelling for if I get smacked to have sex?)

So I've played a couple of versions of this, and I cannot say I've felt (or seen) any progress being made, of any considerable value.

Additionally, I see this game is now on Steam for a whopping 34EUR, which, to me, is an insane price point, considering just how absolutely jank the game is, and how unfinished it feels.

While there are positives - decent graphics, runs reasonably well on Ultra for me (so it's decently optimized I guess, hard to tell on a i9-14900k & 3080ti), looks decent (but not pretty, the textures are way too low-res for that), and some elements of gamplay seem good - like the building and crafting, overall the negatives I encountered are more than the positives.

Here's a list:

• Animations are jank - from chopping trees & mining stone to combat anims and even idle/action (sitting) - rough, twitchy, and bug-ridden. The biggest thing I noticed is that my legs slowly disappear after sitting down or even engaging in sexy times with the beasties - the only solution I've found is re-equipping boots.
• Additionally, my character would begin to experience what I can only describe as upright-convulsions, where her body at boob-level would bend back-and-forth every 0.1sec as if she was either possessed or trying to throw up.
• Combat is rough - no lock-on, hit registration is just... what? I've killed hundreds of beasties and I cannot count the times where damage numbers would pop up but nothing would happen to anyone's health bar - doesn't help that both my damage and theirs is red. Blocks fail to register as well, and sometimes "damage absorbed" or some kind of evasion status would appear - no clue as to why.
• Defeat sex is underwhelming, but so is masturbation-triggered sex. 1 position, on loop, that's it. No states or progression, just watch my character get fucked or gobble some werewolf dick and hit "B" to end.
• The quests are equally as jank, but they're based on the rest of the game so they can't be anything more than that.
• No sleep animation, just fade-to-black and boom, new day.
• The defeat mechanic confuses me - you can either die, get fucked, or escape, however in the past it was the simple "hp gone, get fucked" which worked well and is core to such games. Why change it? The enemies aren't what I'd call challenging, me getting fucked is pretty much always my choice. If I see a dragon-guy at 2k+ hp I just skidaddle away at a leisurely pace.
• Same for masturbation - why do newer versions have a minigame of "hit space in middle to receive monstercock"? What was wrong with just flicking the bean and attracting sexy times?
• Debuffs, specifically the defeat debuff, run out... and keep running out, so much so, so hard, that I had the defeat debuff at - 1400 seconds, yes MINUS 1400+ seconds. Still not sure if it still debuffed me or was just yet another piece of jank that worked fine but broke the UI.

But my overall biggest disappointment is that I don't get a sense of progression or, I can't describe it well, apologies, sense of cozy-home-building supplemented by phat loot and tamed beast-friends.

The game's ambitious and the dev's building wide, not tall. I'm unsure as to why, with some polish and attention he could have the animations & combat nailed and can expand his focus to quests and collectibles - as I said, the building and crafting are good and easy to get into at this point (the game has corner roofs and shingles, for fucks sake, there are other open world survival craft games that don't even have those!).

I hope the dev can focus more attention at polishing what's here and form a solid plan, as the game's very promising, but very rough.

cute character customizer even if the limits are a bit too high for each slider (you can make your character a fucking mutant) and some sliders don't make sense to exist with each other (i.e. voluptuous, body fat, body slim???)

game is barebones, buggy as hell... tutorial barely gives you any information. within 5 minutes i got my character trapped in a building, that i couldn't even save as a preset so i had to restart as if i never made a character.

if only the graphics were as good as the transition screens

you also can't make your character have long legs or a long waist like in the title screen for this game's page sooo yeah.

i wouldn't even bother. it's barely playable. even if there's animations to discover, this is barely a game at all.

Early Access 18+ Ark Survival
I'm going to try to be as charitable as possible since this game is still in development. However early access games have a reputation of never being finished and being jank at the "end" of their development. I'll begin at the easiest thing to point out about a minute into this game. It's essentially just a mixture of Ark Survival and Palworld with some lewd elements to it. It's got a decent-ish character creator to it but there is a confusingly large amount of preset sliders and the hair floats a bit up off of the character model's head.

So I've never been the biggest fan of the whole survival crafting style game where you build a base and harvest resources and tame animals. I find them to get boring and stale very quickly. But I still wanted to give Wicked Island a chance since it does market itself as an adult game as well. So how is it? Well it's about as boring as I thought it'd be. running around harvesting resources and building a base became old and tiresome real quick. The combat is also a head scratcher because there is really no method to it's madness so, for example, enemies and their levels are just vomited out at random around the map. There is no like "new player area" that most games of this style have. Just 60 meters away from where I spawned there was a level 56 wasp that just kept one shotting me over and over. Maybe this is the point since this is a very sandboxy feeling state of the games development, I say this because you have access to a dev console in which you can spawn and grant whatever you want to your character. But trying to play the game without cheating I was just running away from enemies more than I was actually fighting them. Since there isn't any rhyme or reason to enemy spawning and levelling, every low level enemy was accompanied by some super high level enemy just making combat impossible. Animations in this game are also very rough. Werewolves have this animation where they get real low to the ground to be less conspicuous and ambush you. This would be cool if there was a proper animation queue and they didn't just slide on their face towards you because they can still move in this state. Half the time enemies have their animations break and just slide around like they're all on ice not to mention every combat move the player makes stops you dead in your tacks allowing enemies to constantly slide around you and gang up on you.

Now for the thing everyone on F95 cares about. The adult content. How is it? I mean...it's there. But it's not great. All of the sex animations are just one scene and that's it. The sex defeat system feels pretty incomplete and the animations are pretty lackluster. The pregnancy system is cool albeit a bit primitive. It's nothing unique since I've seen similar systems in games like Breeders of the Nephelym. The only unique part of it is the stat modifiers that are applied through the different stages. And as of now toggling the explicit birth scene, your character always gives birth to a human fetus no matter what creature it belongs to.

All in all it's a pretty average early access game. You can really feel the jank and the lack of polish. If the developers actually stick with it and finish it, I'd say wait to try it out then. But as of now? It's' still too primitive feeling and there just isn't a lot to do in it.

The product is vaguely influenced by Conan Exiles, but without any fun and on earliest stage of development. System of slave collars, used to summon them is especially confusing. Many systems of the game must be remade to achieve any success.

A dubious survivor. The fights are not interesting. There aren't really many enemies, the animations are bad, and there's nothing to compensate for them in gameplay. H-scenes as an option. The editor is not bad, but it's like he's not needed here.

TL;DR: There's more to this game than you'd think, but it remains flawed.

Pro:
Graphics, animations and situation are all good.
Gameplay is surprisingly decent.
Tutorial quests exist.
Con:
There is this big gap between 'Just starting' and 'Decent equipment available'. The tutorial and help holds your hand through the start then you are basically thrown in the deep end with a "You got it, bro".
Each defeat give you one sex scene (depending on how fast you click), not always the same one, but there is no progression. So, no 'jam it in->fucking->cum' just a single animation.
After losing a battle and not dying, you have a very slow crawl away where you will be inevitably be attacked and beaten again. Which may be realistic, but is quite frustrating gameplay wise.
Death+respawn makes your pregnancy state disappear.

From my game-play (I did not finish the 100% of the game) the game is offering a very unique game-play and a very big competition, you may wonder why is that? it is simply because there are very rare good adult content def, and the not a lot of dev know how to use Unreal Engine 5 even if the game is out there will be numerous of glitches. The game's idea is excellent and even more surprising is the outcome of this game. I have played various of adult games I like the game to be 3d and function well, for you it might seem that my request is simple but unfortunately this simple request is hard. The game is really fun I wish to live to see the rest of it or if the devs decides whether to add more adult content or no.

I've played a few sex-oriented fps-style games, and so far this is the one that didn't suck ass. It's very impressive for what it is.

Ran smooth and looked really good. Only a hair less than what I'd expect from a current triple-A game. Character builder has lots of options and it's easy to make a range of attractive lady options, though not every body type is going to look good with the base model (it leans more towards allowing for a range from lean to very voluptuous, but if you want a little waif, it looks too skeletal). The appearance of the environments and the monsters are also quite good.

The sex and impregnation stuff was fun. If you have sex multiple times with the same monster type, you'll do different positions. And different monsters have different positions available - they overlap some, so there's maybe 3 or 4 different sets as far as I could tell.

The crafting stuff was solid. Definitely better than I expected. I'm not gonna sink 300 hours into this game, but it was worth banging around for a while. I didn't get into base building - I just borrowed the fisherman's cabin, as he didn't seem to need it (make your own bed and storage, as the existing ones will reset periodically).

There was a lot more environment content than I expected. Quite a bit of stuff to explore. In particular, the dungeons were bigger and more detailed than I expected. Note that the dungeon closest to start is harder than some of the others, which I think was maybe a bad idea. The game could use a little more clear space leveling, but overall it was fine.

One funky aspect of the game - as soon as you turn on defeat sex, the game becomes easy, as long as you're patient. You can defeat things by having sex with them 3 times, including defeat sex. So you can technically just fuck your way through any challenges. And it get that that's part of the appeal of this kind of game for those who like rape stories, but it makes for kind of a weird dynamic in terms of gameplay. But then, I didn't expect this to be as good gameplay wise as it is, so I'm okay with that bit of weird. And like I said, you can turn it off so you get killed on losing instead, which makes the game much harder.

The game could use a little more in terms of NPCs and quests and stuff if it wants to be a more full fledged game experience, but I can see why the core gameplay loop was worked on first, and currently it's pretty darn good. I'd say it's on par with the initial early release stage of some of the mid-tier survival crafting games to date.

The biggest bug issue in this build is probably that the bad guy mobs sometimes get stuck pathing in dungeons, and the summon buddies tend to completely fail in dungeons. They'll summon into the floor and stuff. Hopefully this has been fixed in the Steam version - I haven't seen complaints about it in the reviews there, so I'm hoping that means it has.

Version 0.8.6.1

TLDR: No where near ready to play.

It's a poor crafting survivor style game with an animation viewer for the content. More importantly though it's buggy and those animations really are not worth the 10 GB download.

I tried playing it properly at first but got annoyed that the tutorial quests didn't count that i crafted some stuff before getting the quests and wanted me to craft them again. Then when i had to build the work bench i had the materials but they disappeared somehow. This was already after a few restarts because the lighting in the character creator doesn't match the lighting in the world and i wasn't happy with the colors. BTW for the love of god make her stand still for the character creator please. Trying to customise her eyes and she keeps moving and turning away from the camera...

Creatures seem to have a hard-defined engagement range, not based on line of sight. So as long as you stay outside of that circle it seems like you're fine. But if you're inside that circle they turn hostile even if they can't see you because there's a solid wall in between. I'm not expecting AAA work here but these basic mechanics suck the wind out of the game.

Crafting is just find x number of y and click a button to craft z quantity of it. Sticks are really difficult to see BTW. As already mentioned some of my materials just disappeared while trying to craft the work bench. I wouldn't say the crafting is bad persay, but it's definitely not a motivation to play this game. It's just kind of there to give you something to do.

Well at least there's sex right, maybe that will be the whole reason for playing? So i triggered the minotaurs and on 0 hp it just teleports to a simple single-action looping animation with the dick just clipping through her body. It clipped through her right butt cheek and out her abdomen so it's not even aligned properly. And no, there's no animated vagina; the dick just clips through her. If you want it to end the animated loop you have to press "B" because the game doesn't have any kind of progression to another animation or faster speed or anything. It just sits there until you end it. Plus this extremely basic anim viewer bugged out when a different creature took me to 0 hp but in range of a third horny one. So the anim played while i got a game over screen. I tried respawning but the char is stuck in the spot of the anim nowhere near the camera. Completely broken without trying to break it. I had enough so i quit the game and deleted all the files.

Even playing for free, it's not worth the bandwith for the huge download. Waste of time.

Amazing game, still needs hot fixes & more content on the Steam release but it's only being made by one man & he's on it. I recommend anyone with coomer money to buy this game. Raw the dev is also looking for potential volunteers to help him translate the game in the future rather than use AI or ChatGPT to machine translate. The most requested languages so far have been Chinese, Russian and Spanish. Join his official discord server to stay updated. Kinky, dynamic and lewd, this is all you only need to know about this game, good graphics, good character personalization, the map is a bit odd but you can enjoy exploring it, the animations are good and crafting and survival system is quite charming for a porn game

Having played Wicked Island in a sustained way since version 8.5.5 to current (updated, 8.6.1 [6/25],originally rev 8.6.0) it merits improved rating as the 8.6.x onwards are very decent, and the extreme bugginess rightly noted in earlier reviews has been solved.

Earlier (pre 8.4.0) versions did have so many bugs as to make it at best difficult to play (having tried and abandoned earlier), the ratings below 2 stars were merited.

However since 8.5.5 -there has been a sustained improvement and the game is actually quite playable and one likes the focus of monster sex (were-creatures, ogres, orc-ish and demons) and slutty PC, plus some building, it's quite a decent play now. Still bugs but animation execution has greatly improved - rate to have misplaced penis etc - and overall execution is improving. Quite merits a 3.5 to 4 on this basis (and based on improvements in 8.6.x I'm boosting rating slightly as a off-set to earlier low ratings, which made sense at time but don't really reflect current game.)

New content added from 8.6.x on is quite good, if one likes combat, it's there, if one likes (as I do) the sex-seduction route, it's there and old animation issues are largely solved, and servant (i.e. werebeasts seduced and made into servants) summoning issues now solved. One can consistently play through now, and I would expect by current improvement trajectory it's well worth it.

Summary: This game has a lot of potential, but until it reaches its potential is held back by bugs and design elements. Probably worth revisiting after it gets substantially updated.

Pros: This game could have very easily been generic RPGmaker slop but the dev(s) has shown effort by making an open-world survival game with 3d assets. The assets (both for your character and the interactable NPCs) are very high quality and most NPCs capable of fucking the player have multiple sex positions, with the animations also looking great (caveat here of no climax animations, the animation loops until you press esc/b where it just instantly ends with no transition). Enemies will have sex with you either if you are defeated with enough "grit" indicated by the number of pink hearts above the HP bar, or if you masturbate within a certain radius of them. If you have enough sex with the same individual (which I achieved by spamming the end sex button and the masturbation key to get them in a loop) you can tame them and summon them through an item in your inventory. Although I didn't get much mileage out of it, there is also a pregnancy sytem for those who are into that. The character's model will gradually change prior to birth and changes to breast and belly size can be toggled to become permanent. Pregnancy seems to mostly be an aesthetic feature as until the character gives birth (animation with a defined ending transition) the only other thing associated with the model changing is flavor text which does nothing other than a roughly 1 in 10 chance for your character to make a grunt or moan or to have a brief animation of milk coming from their boobs. There are technically buffs and debuffs associated with it, but this will be mentioned in the cons. There are some quests which seemingly can be completed, but one was low priority and ignored (tutorial on how to craft armor) and one required either good loot RNG, to find a random vendor NPC somewhere in the map, or to progress the crafting system to complete (the quest where you have to collect werewolf cum for a character into that stuff).

Cons: For a survival game, the leveling system felt non-existant. You gain levels in certain stats by playing the game (collecting enough berries or rocks increases "harvesting," having a vagianal sexual encounter raises "pussy," and so on), but either the stat increases do nothing or require prolonged grinding to see results in. I think I ended my playtime with ~10-15 levels in combat and still felt I was dealing around 20-30 damage with each hit. There is also a buff & debuff system which did seem to have more gameplay effects, but these too felt underwhelming other than the downed one which makes you crawl and a sex animation play if applicable. The only stat which seemed to matter was the grit system but that seemed to increase randomly regardless of what I was doing. The game also has some bugs, ranging from visual (putting on the default cloth leggings caused the upper mesh of the character's thigh to disappear) to effecting gameplay (dying after being forced to crawl causes you to respawn crawling). Additionally, there seems to be a lot of shortcuts taken with AI; the loading screens are most obvious but it seems the dialogue from NPCs was generated from Chat-GPT and item icons were also generated. Finally, it left somewhat of a bad taste in my mouth that the only woman on woman encounter I was able to find in 3 hours of gameplay was with a dark-skinned "slave" character which used the same taming system as the monsters.

Suggestions for improvement: I would make it so the leveling and debuff systems feel more substantial, remove the AI-generated content, and allow the option to have sex with more types of NPC, primarily the human characters or even the more animalistic ones (like with the 40 bears that are constantly spawning in everywhere). In particular, I feel like the "special" NPC woman located in the tower should interact more with the player, especially if they have a werewolf follower.

The game at this current state is unplayable, in my 30min play I've experienced many bugs, the loading arts are made with AI and have many errors, I couldn't stop feeling a sense of lazyness of the dev of this game, the combat is awful and the animations are too slow and cinematographic, the input queue is absurd, this game is trying to be an survival game but the effects don't pass that vibe, feels like an identity crisis.

I like this game. For sure we allways want more, but game is in work and not abaddoned. We also allways compare something for something. Yes, some game have more content atm, but updates took long time. Some game have drm even. Sad, but climate in lewd games not so healthy. In this game I see a lot parts for enjoying, - world, pregnant system, combat not so bad, building. Like some connection with npc, there is some good lines. Really hope for more new sex animation, fixed on current one and fixes on mesh mess, for more opportynity to play with light and some kind of photomode, at least to move camera in more direction, for more sex toys and devices to use + animation, coz we have not bad at all building system (say as "pro" builder) but this buildings is useless coz not so much opportynity to use. Basically we have perfect girl in good enveroment for fun, but not so much we can do with her, some more replayability.

Not much content yet , but so far a very good 3d game . I like it allot and hope for more storyline in the future.
The sex scenes are also not as good as it could be , but for a complex game like that with an open world and overall stunning graphics more than enough for teasing.

The game undeservedly has a low rating. While it is technically raw and broken, it has a ton of mechanics and a vast space for creativity. The main focus should be on proper optimization and bug fixes, leaving content additions for later.

Wicked Island suffers from the bugs and jank.

The stiff animations and lack of proper colission don't really make it better. Which makes combat a total snoozefest because you can also spam block/parry, Making you essentially immortal it also recovers stamina each time you do it (Pretty sure that's a bug)

The Map is also... Very useless and ugly go look at, You cannot set markers so you will be constantly using it.

The Game also SPAMS enemies, You'll be walking past like 10 bears during your morning stroll.

Progression is also pretty meh... You can get Copper/Bronze fast, (IT'S THE CANCER-LOOKING AH ORANGE-GREEN ROCKS) Melting the Copper in the Furnace magically turns it into Bronze for whatever reason. Iron in the Pine Forest (Big ass black rock, Rocks with a black spots, that is Iron)

Also leveling your stats will be one hell of a grind 2 hours~ will get you to mining lvl 30 which only gives you 30% more damage to rocks.

You will also need to learn to use your cauldron early the foods are a godsend as the game has a Valheim-Like buff system and all foods deliver buffs. (Meat=HP, Veggies=Stamina)

Combat is very janky, Spears are shit, Swords are good and greatswords are crack. No idea about the bow though. You will clip through your target as you attack, You will have issues, The Demonstration combat techniques used in UE looked good on paper but in practice it is dogshit, There is also variations of attacks, You just do the same combo over and over.

AI is also shit and blind as fuck, You can stand so close to them without triggering them, And they also have the same attack patterns. They are very predictable and easily parried.

The Sex is also very boring, You can as far as I can tell only get fucked in certain encounter with the rare NPC or just get raped by monsters (No normal animals like Bears or Wolves, No true bestiality), And the funny thing is, sometimes and I think it depends on your Character's body physique the dicks don't even get inside you. and just float around. Only the birth animation is not janky. But there is pregnancy and cum inflation so that's a win in my books.

Speaking of Character Creation, This one is easily one of my favorites, Very detailed and I can make the boobs stupidly gigantic

The game sadly suffers from UE5 Exclusive jank, My good old RX 580 is suffering like mad from Medium-High settings upscaling on got like 20-60FPS depending on the area. But for a UE5 game it is good optimization, I did not have any stutters like at all. And I didn't crash a single time.

Now the worst part is: The UI, Oh god this is BAD, This is so ugly and incomprehensible... And buggy (Do not pause with the blueprint menu open), Also again the Map, It is so BAD.

World Building is also BAD, So many houses and ruins but they are all empty, nothing to explore or loot. The House interiors are 90% not existent and non-sensical. And you'll find many towers or rocks just floating and in many locations there is so little space so enemies cramp into a single point.

Even though I did kinda enjoy this is not everyone's cup of tea. There is potential but the jank is too strong that it becomes wasted. 3 Years of development ladies and gentlemen.
