Unreal Engine Wicked Island [Build 20440670] [RawDarkness]

Yeah That popped up in my recommended so I started to watch it and it reminded me of this game here, and I was like "wait... Is this THAT game?" To be honest it's impressive how far it's come from it's initial look
Is this the same RawDarkness that was one of the 3d monster on girl pioneers back in the 2010's? The one that did the below pic?

There is so much to comment on here compared to the demo that I am not entirely sure of where to begin.
I would say that Conan Exiles is an apt comparison, though in a bad way. That.. is not a good game, not a good skeleton to build off of. Like that game, there are pieces of things here that seem like they could make something good if they were more purposefully constructed instead of cobbled together with glue.
There is a certain lack of care in QoL in everything from not being able to identify things you're looking at until you engage, to the sex animations having no structure to their interaction and, more criminally, no finishers to their animations.
There is tutorial text that will repeat the most inane things ad infinitum, but more useful information like interaction controls and mechanics dialog are in annoying to read font with no background and only show for seconds with no log to reference if you miss them.
Even the cheat menu options don't really function properly outside of item/mob spawns.
What worries me is that this isn't detail/polish/nuance kind of stuff, this is 'comment your code' tier stuff.
Like Exiles itself, this doesn't have the appearance of a serious project, so much as a run on sentence of an idea with no direction.

The more I see of this game the more I think the dev's got an ugly monster fetish and the woman you play as is just bait to try and get normal people to engage in his fetish.
Noticed some bad stuff as complicated/weird choices, low QoL/no QoL.....kind of reminds me that i played Ark Survival Evolved, the forest and other such games in early access and barely playable access....sank around 5k hours into the ark.....now can do similar stuff with bigger boobs and probably some kinky stuff, im not so far into the game yet just first 1,5 hours and i take my time coz barely understandable/playable and i got old....but thank you for this game so far, i see many wasted hours in front of me....
that's a known thing, since free downloads are almost always limited in some way from every file host. I recommend using the splits downloads, since that can let you get all the parts from different hosts to avoid the limits the full file will run into.

I watch his videos here and there, but I haven't subbed to him. I might though someday.
Or maybe there's an organic audience of "normal people" who like the same thing.

I believe you acquire it upon entering the tower, rather than Isabel giving it to you. Try going back in the tower again. Also, you get one each time you enter the tower so you can acquire many. Not entirely sure about 8.5.9, but this is the case in 8.5.7.
I am think that the missing rabbit mask is a bug on 8.5.9. At least, I am hoping that it is a bug and that Isabel is supposed to give you that mask for her first quest.
I have the exact same issue as you. It didn't matter if I did all of her quests, just entered and exited her tower, restarted the game or started a new character, Isabel just doesn't give out that rabbit mask on version 8.5.9.
PS: Isabel does NOT have any more quests after you complete her Drake quest.

I started my save in v0.8.5.9 and whenever I enter the tower, I got a prompt that I received a bunch of Raw Fish but doesn't appear in my inventory.
But once I save and reload the game, one stock of Raw Fish appears.
