I know there is a lot of contetn but the game just doesn't allow you to access it. Building doesn't cosistently work, you need around 5min to find a spot where something is placeable, intercourse with the mobs is not possible. All you can do is walk around. It is promising though that it might be playable at some point, just not now.

Things are advertised in the game that are due to defective AI etc. is not feasible.
A lot of things aren't right.
Or eha, most of it is defective.
    Unplayable
The worst thing is that sex scenes w
hile dying are advertised and they don't even begin to work .

If he should delete it then it's not a nice game instead of a nice game .

I have played older versions of the demo, and I enjoyed my time with them. Animations are decent, and the open world aspect is fun. It definitely needs more time in the oven though, which is why I'm only rating it 4. I enjoyed my time with it, and I hope to see the bugs that remain be fixed over time.

Love where this is going. Nice sample of content, more than some "complete" games that we see in here . Didnt managed to see the pregnancy system in action, I think it takes way too mutch time even with the x10 setting. The aiming and bulding system could also use some improvement

Honestly this game is more of a 2 but I'm rating it a 3 due to the sheer effort a project like this must've required and because it does have potential to improve with a different vision.

The number one problem this game has is the complete and utter lack of any sort of grounding in the game world due to the absence of any sort of narrative, worldbuilding or incentive to explore. The island is a true sandbox which is enticing until you realize that there is no real reason to go out adventuring in the world beyond seeing the honestly underwhelming CGs and maybe going through the pregnancy system or using the Valheim-esque building system, it's unlikely that you'll want to keep interacting with those systems in the long run however since the greater gameworld just isn't interesting enough to captivate players attention.

Personally, if I were the author I would try to identify whether I want this game to be more of a Minecraft/Valheim experience with a procedurally generated world complemented by in-depth crafting and building mechanics or a New Vegas/Witcher experience that engrosses players with an in-depth, detailed role-playing experience within a populated, hand-crafted setting. Trying to do a hybrid of both with some crafting/building and some barebones rpg mechanics will result in the game staying a poorman's imitation of Skyrim with porn mods minus all the worldbuilding that makes Skyrim a place people want to spend time in.

So in summary, this game needs to pick between either being a procedurally generated survival crafting game that encourages and gives players the means to generate their own experiences or a true rpg with an involved world. Should it fail to do this then this game will never evolve beyond being a glorified Unreal Engine tech demo.

Want to give credit to the still artwork and hints as you load into the game. Those were all beautiful and the hints help players remember key mechanics of the game.

Also really enjoy the freedom to change your character. You can have any shape and size character you want in the character customization screen. Well done.

Though one thing I found super frustrating was collecting ingredients. Rather than rewarding the player for spotting the ingredient you are looking for. For example, rocks, sticks, fiber. You need to look over your health bar and watch out for the very easy to miss “Collect” icon to appear. Would have much preferred what Skyrim does where the ingredients and items you loot in the world are much easier to spot and pick up. Also, that you do not pick up stones on the ground but instead have to use a pickaxe against boulders. Would have liked a little picture describing that.

A little update on the ingredients for certain items, this does get better as you play the game. Able to pick out what plants give you what ingredients. Though would have liked it if the game told me what to look for. Doesn’t have to be specific. Just say green leaves plants that grow in temperate climates are what cloth is made from.

Game is also quite buggy. For example, I minimized the game once and when I popped back into the game, was unable to run. Though did manage to fix it by just repeating what I did before and is back to normal. Another common bug is after enemies die, they freeze in place instead of falling to the ground.

The instructions on how everything works is also not the easiest to follow. For example, I had some trouble getting a firepit to work in this crafting game. Also had some trouble with other crafting items such as beds. For some reason, whenever I build one, it disappears shortly after being placed down but takes all the resources.

Though if this is a solo project, am GREATLY impressed by how much work went into this game. These types of open world games cannot be easy to do all on a single developers shoulders.

I don't know why anyone would give this game more than 2 stars.
    -Its performance is terrible.
    -The graphics are mid.
-The controls are horrible and the animations are constantly buggy.
    -The animations are pretty bad.

Seriously, I don't recommend this game at all, the optimization is horrible, I even thought this was mining crypto with my PC because of how noisy it got.

Great demo, not enough content for keeping you engaged for a long time but pretty good still. I wonder if the whole concept, survivial game with porn elements, is valid as a genre, but I am willing to be suprised.

I'd say try this demo, if you can spare the 6 gigs download volume.

It’s a great game so far definitely needs more content but that already being worked on so nothing to worry there. Now though I did it once but controller support would do wonders for this game as playing it would just be easier then trying to do everything on mouse and keyboard especially for people just getting into pc gaming

I played this game for 2 hours.
    Here is the result:
Animations: They are boring, each enemy has 1-2 animations 18+
Graphics: It's not bad. Character models, creatures for 3 stars.
About optimization: Does not lag on a gaming laptop
There are bugs in the game, for example: the character's hair disappears, the bodies get stuck in each other. The physics in the game itself is at 3. The same Wild Life is aimed at animations, the physics of the game. But here and there there is no plot in the game. But in this game there are 3 quests and that's it. How to get into the portal at the very beginning of the game. Played with cheats to learn game mechanics etc. and here is the result:
So far it's bad, really bad.
If we got to the island, we can make a plot, for example: the crash of an airplane, a ship. We are the survivors or we are alone. If the survivors can make characters and plot. And there is good 18+ content.
If we are alone on the island, we can make cannibals, the last people or creatures that live here, and 18+ content is easy to come up with. But so far it's bad

    As of beta 0-4.
    It's good. I don't know that it's 10 GB unpacked good.
The game is pretty, but most Unreal engine games I've seen are.
I really liked the character customization... though I regret the choice of the ponytail for hairstyle because that seems to impale your character in a number of scenes.
Combat is acceptable (certainly better than a number of other survival-style games I've played) though it lacks variety or any form of ranged option. Given though, ranged might make it too easy since the AI is presently confused by the concepts of small rocks. The dodge roll mechanic felt pretty good and very responsive.
Hard to comment much on the crafting system... I tried to find and mine iron or copper but eventually reverted to using the box of freebies you're given for testing in the house. I didn't get around to the building element of it. The hunger system feels tacked on. Nothing to do (that I could find) with spoiled or burnt meat, and you do have to watch the meat cooking or it'll burn. Probably room here for an alternative solution to your meals... if there were oral animations.
Animations lack variety other than speed up or slow down, each monster (of the sort that has animations) has 2 or 3 animations, except for the human futa which I could only get one to play. The girl's animations/reactions seem essentially the same whether the mating is consensual or not, IE always looks like she's in pain. The pregnancy/cum inflation and birthing mechanics are fun. I like that it keeps track of how much monster see you've had spilled inside your girl over the course of her adventure. Also, you can have her masturbate but there's only one animation, that I've found, and that one clips heavily if your girl has a cum inflated or pregnant belly.
I typically avoid most female protagonist games where most interactions are M/F unless those are with monstrous creatures/animals which is why I gave this one a try. I was still disappointed despite everything else it has going for it. Maybe once the game has some more structure or there's more content with the monsters and animations... If it was a fraction of the size it is I'd be more impressed but at 10+ GB HDD space I feel like a majority of that is the island itself and the graphics.

    Riplay2

Wicked Island has a good concept but still a long way to go.
-The Animation for walk/run should be redone
-The world looks a little bit empty
-Only one animation state when defeated
-Num 8 didn't work when defeated
-The hair goes through the body
-I always see a little smoke coming from the place the character goes
    -No story yet
-Collecting loot and ore works fine
    -Fighting works fine
    -Good start instruction for testers

BUT it is a Beta (more like a Tech-Beta) and for that its very good. I will wait some time and then I will test it again. Could be a very good game when finished or in a later Beta state!

    Mandatory great animation compliment.

Also mandatory "not a lot of content" complaint.

But beyond that, there's a big red flag.

Timer for status continues counting down after reaching 0 to go into the negatives.

It's so very obvious to anyone play testing their own game, since about half of the statuses would break the game when they don't disappear, and it's obvious af to see just why they aren't expiring when you can see the -23 second duration proudly ticking away on your screen.

And by "break the game" I mean some events just break with normally impossible status effect combination/durations. Not just that it's hard to play, but things like black screen or the character getting stuck repeating an animation happen.

The game's development feels really rushed. Technical debt might be a real problem if it keeps on like this.

Edit: Been two years since my review. The most obvious bugs like the negative timer are gone, but it's still buggy and there's little content still.

Mmmmm Yes, quiet an exquisite game this is, I enjoyed it very much, it has such a rich and very satisfying plot and I would love to see more from the developer, this game exceeded my expectations and I am so very glad that it did.

    - Graphics are expected of Unreal Engine so it shouldn't receive too much praise for that.
    - Movement animations are awkward.
    - Music is okay for the setting.
    - Really feels like pre-made assets slapped together. Could use some custom made resources.

Pretty much barebones. Basic inventory, combat, and sex mechanic.

Like a combination of Skyrim Sexlab and one of the many minecraft reskins it looks promising. But I've seen promising before and very few of them live up to it so no fingers crossed for this one just yet. Maybe wait for a couple more versions.

It's Pre-Alpha game with good (and ambitious) ideas. But we must waiting for one year of developpement to see how the alpha or pre-beta will be. The dev (or the team have lot of works in perspective. But if the game go to the end of its developpement it can be very interesting.

Lewd-modded Skyrim without the Skyrim... I guess.
Survival stuff, open world, whatever, you've seen it a million times.

    10000% unfinished so far, 100000% pre-alpha.
There's really not a lot to do yet, but I suppose it's a decent foundation for something cool down the line, even if it currently looks and plays like "UNREAL INDIE RPG #584027957".
Combat's solid, but easy, it's got a bit of that Souls-vibe where the focus is on dodging out of hits, rather than stacking defense (holy moly armor is useless in this game).
Sex, I don't know, I haven't lost a fight yet so I can't pass judgement, honestly the game could use a submit button or something, getting all the sex on loss is a real pain in the dick when it comes to these games, I don't WANT to lose fights, so I don't get to see any sex content.

Anyway, I'd like to give this game a middling 2.5/5, but that isn't an option so I rounded up to be nice. I can't really write a lot more than this either, since there's so little content so far and not much to talk about.

    Review of v0.3 Beta

Imagine the great survival games, the ones that avoid nuisance and frustration, and that feel like you're actually surviving. The ones that don't pester you to babysit your character constantly or make crafting a tedious chore, but an adventure.

Now imagine the bottom of the barrel survival games. The ones that have constantly depleting meters, with your character starving if they don't stuff their face every hour, and where the meat of the crafting experience is spending minutes after minutes whacking trees and picking up rocks and grass, of course with said trees just instantly poofing once you've done enough damage to them.

In terms of survival gameplay mechanics, this game is the latter. I hope you enjoy wandering around for 30 minutes looking for just the right kind of grass- no not that grass that grass isn't right- no not that grass either- there you go that's the right grass, congratulations, you got 1 fiber, only 9 more and you can make three cloth to make one item of clothing!

Imagine great sex animations. Buildup. Intensity. A sense of things having weight. A narrative in the motions, leading up to a moment of climax and a showcasing of the results of it.

Now imagine those sorts of games. The ones that throw a static, repeating animation at you and assume that that's good enough. That's what you want to see. In, out, in, out, in, out, oh, and just press a button whenever you're done watching.

Once again, this game is the latter. There's a few nice touches. A few hints of enjoyment there. The models are nice enough. Balls swing. Stomachs bulge. Nice details. But then there's a "cum effect" button that... does literally that: it just adds some white spatters that are rendered... without changing anything else about the animation. There's no narrative, no story told, just a repeating animation and a button for you to click when you're tired of watching it.

Fortunately, there's another button to click for when you're tired of the whole thing. The exit button. I clicked it, and I don't really have any interest in starting the game back up again.

Wow it can't be easy to make a game like this. Definitely something different with potential. But sadly at the moment there's nothing much to go on. Hopefully the game continues. I would like to see more games made with such systems although I know its hard.

The graphics and animations/expressions are top tier (when they line up, that is!) Very early staged of demo so the bugs are easily forgive-able. The hints of future gameplay look promising as well with a survival-style environment.

There's a ton of potential here, and I can't wait to see what the dev does with it.
