You need to go modeling and that's where she appears in the magazine after a few modeling shoots then husband stays home and finds mags. The wife really needs a lot more content, dominant wife staying at home is something I'm looking forward to.

Have you done the first modelling job?
Get the wife to do at least one modelling job then stay at home. There should then be a scene where you find the magazine of her and there will then follow an option to talk to her about it.

I found a bug, whenever i restart the game the debt doesnt reset to 5000$ and it makes impossiible to progress in a new game.
Trying to load from a previous version? If so it because of the way the version number is stored in the save file. You'll need to export from the working version, then open it up in a save editor, then change the number at the end of the id line to match the new version. In this case, to 071.

When you break into the school on the weekend (after getting the key from the neighbor kid), you lead your wife through the school. After doing the wild thing in the principal's office, stay and snoop (look around). That will start the principal path where he (principal) dominates the wife.
