So stop. The nature of this form of software development is that it takes time for releases to trickle out. If you're paying the money and become unhappy with the velocity then stopping your investment is the obvious thing to do.
How much do you contribute? You can stop at any point. I have my own patreon for my erotic stories, and about 12-20 contributors. Sometimes if I’m in between projects and need a break, people pull their pledges and that’s fine. I don’t care— especially if my content is free. I don’t make much off patreon anyway because I have a day job. Giving someone a tip doesn’t mean they owe you anything. Especially when it comes to giving money to a complete stranger on the internet. Grow up.
Is the new content mostly random encounters? Or is there more main story stuff I haven't found.

This makes logical sense, but I think there is a sunk-cost psychological aspect that people tend to handwave away. For example, if you start supporting a game for say.... $10 / month, and you support the dev for a whole year... $120 has been given. If at the end of the year, if you are not happy with the progress over the year, then you can of course stop, but you still "lose" that $120, especially if the dev ever cancels the project or takes a long hiatus, and its not like you can get a refund really.
Now I know the whole idea of Patreon is to that you are not "buying" anything, and so you should have no expectation of getting anything... you are just supporting someone in the hopes that they'll continue to do something that results in something you want. But you still spent money, and if at your "breaking point" you feel you didn't really get anything good out of your investment, then there will be anger, disappointment, etc. And some people will keep paying because they already paid so much money already...surely this will produce results eventually, right?! (*cough* Star Citizen. *cough*)
So yah, on paper, you can just shrug and cancel whenever, and you shouldn't have expectations, because that's the logical thing... but its not that cut and dry when in actual practice. There's a hole now in your wallet because you were hoping for one thing and didn't get it, and that is a crap feeling. A person feeling angry is a completely normal and understandable reaction, and not something that one can necessarily just "grow up" from, because it applies to adults just as much (hell, more so. Adults are more likely to make bad investments, and many invest a fair bit more that they should.). It's basic human emotion which can easily override logic, even in the best of us, and only a computer would be able to look at something 100% logically.

Kinda depends on your idea of same vein. In regards to real porn I've found the Company to be brilliant. Wife Trainer is also first rate and kinda similar to this one albeit rather than a magical app that changes the wife, it's more going to class, so to speak

Does anyone have an unlocked save file? Love the game, but unlocking everything is quite the slog.

When you launch the game, in the menu you have option "Cheats", and then "Unlock Sex Scenes". After picking that, just start the actual game and in the app all scenes will be unlocked.
Couldnt have said it any better. I've felt that way with many Devs these days. 2 particular popular devs that I supported for 2 years are really bad about this (without taking a break). One of which cant handle the truth about his game. One thing i always felt uncomfortable about was, they always say if you have a problem go to their patreon an say something but I always felt that it would be a bad decision. You will most likely get ignored be the dev and blocked and all the SIMPS come after you in full force (kinda like on here). And i did the whole leave their patreon when i couldn't handle it (money wise) then tried to come back they had blocked me from re-supporting even after i tried to explain it.

To lower liberty you can, as emily, go for a walk downtown.
For control let her make decisions (modelling for example).
To raise liberty, as emily, watch porn. You can do this like 30 times in a day, there's no limit.
