Ok, so a few caveats to start. I've played a few playthroughs of this game, totalling probably the best part of 100 hours. Nevertheless, I have not fully 100% completed the available content. I have also never played the hypnotist archetype and content, which I think for some in the community for this game would maybe be unthinkable. Just not really my thing.
Secondly, some technicaly commentary. I'm not a huge fan of the engine - this project is a reboot of quite an old game now and it shows. The model required a huge amoung of clicking to grind one's way around the various locations each day, making incremental progress - I often feel that these games would benefit from massively streamlined gameplay. There is also a bit of jank - for me the game often crashes if reloading saves at speed, which is often.
And you will reload saves a lot. The game does not really respect your time - you are often training several women at once, under tight time constraints, and with a serious dearth of a clear guide or any accurate way to track what you are doing. One is compelled to trial-and-error savescum, because otherwise your non-optimal actions result in failed projects and restarting the whole game to try again would result in 1000 hours of gameplay to get the hang of it. Even as it is, you replay weeks again and again, tweaking your actions.
So honestly I think the game is in need of a mechanical redesign and some competent community guides. Perhaps for any future project by invested parties.
One the other hand, I have given the game a good review. Because despite it all I found the premise compelling, the writing satisfactory, the kink arousing and the potential intriguing. I think the game could do with a more ambitious cohesive overarching plot, there could be potential for it. But despite that lack the various clients are well-drawn, interesting and varies, and there is a mass of content exploring the various different options in terms of how to interact with them and what routes you can push them down. Some real variety! Also, a heavy BDSM element that I like.
In particular, I'd praise some of the femdom content - particularly Elsa, though to a lesser extent Lee. The Elsa stuff is brilliant - having coaxed her sexuality out of her and trained her not to be frigid you can lure her away from her husband, but then manipulate her into taking a more dominant sexual approach. Before you know it you no longer call the shots with her, and the relationship is progressing according to her tune... Very inventive!
So overall, I like it a lot. I don't know if the game will every get much more content at this stage, and maybe that's fine. I would certainly be interested in more modern projects inspired by this with some development momentum.
