I'll give bonus point for trying. The author has used their own art (presumably). Unfortunately it's pretty terrible.
The translated text is also pretty bad. The plot is ... fairly stupid. Let's face it, most games have stupid plots. That isn't what we download them for.
So advice time:
* Get a proofreader / translator.
* Keep practicing your art. Or pay someone money to do it for you (latter option gives quicker results, but you'll need to get that Patreon / whatever money rolling in).
* See if you can get some royalty-free music to replace the default.
* If you go Patreon, don't mention the Incest.
