Nope and in a Q&A the devs said there will no pregnancy cuz they can't imagine how this would be good for the game.
I'm sad about this too. :/ Some optional content for the weird ones (me) isn't a crime.^^

Yeah, well, no. : D Consider that your optional content would divert a lot of economic and human resources, and I completely support the Dev's decision.
Personally I don't care at all for pregnancy in video games (in fact, if I had an option I would always turn it off), but I also don't care that I don't always get my fetishes in games (most of the times I don't, in fact).
In all, I hope devs keep building their dreams so we can play them, without bowing too much to people asking for fetish a, b, c, d, etc.
But yeah, I get your desire, and it always sucks if you hope for something in a game that it won't have. Still looks to be a great game though, regardless of whether it tickles your fancy or not. : )

I mean to this day I'm still mad they won't be adding actual beast in it despite interest in it before the game got big. Of course pregnancy isn't banned by Patreon so its not really comparable.

Yeah i wouldn't mind to have some feral beast around and not only anthros. Probably would take too much time to get a good skeleton done and have a meaningful role for the beasts.
The main reason why there aren't any beasts in the game thus far is that bestiality is not allowed on Patreon. I do vaguely remember them stating that animals will be in the game, just without any H interactions. Don't quote me on that, though.

Well is there a difference between a anthro and a feral beast if it comes to bestiality? Patreon is full of special people who have no clue how much cash they throw out the window with such useless rules.
I think there was something about being able to consent. Or at least I remember Steve mentioning that in one of his streams. That's why anthro is allowed, but beasts are not.

Id prefer they realize (or better: the idiot credit institutes that dictate them) that those rules are bullshit and lift them.

Sadly it won't, the reason those rules are there are because of MasterCard
and Visa, and I don't ever see them changing their mind.
Without any gameplay in place for the moment, I really cannot imagine how that would work out. We don't know what fail states there will be in the game.And maybe a Game over Pregnancy?
But I'm one of the people that's not into pregnancy, so I don't care that it won't be implemented.

Happens a lot with UE4. They frequently deprecate code without warning and it isn't in their update notes.
I ran into issues like they are back when I tried to make a game in UE4. I was trying to follow a tutorial for the UE4 v0.7 and I was on v0.9, and most of the tutorial code would not work at all as a result, of several key bits of blueprint scripts no longer existing.
Now, if you were doing things purely with C++, you wouldn't have this issue as you wouldn't be relying on Epic's code directly, and thus their implementation even if it changed, would not affect your code that much. But if you do it via Blueprint Scripting, you are going to be in a world of hurt.
Hence why I stopped developing in UE4... maybe some day I will return to UE4...
Edit: Although... what the hell were they thinking doing an engine update so close to an actual release. Even if the code doesn't change, it still takes a while to get used to the new features and possibly game development flow, so it would be pretty stupid to try to learn all that right before a release. It might take them over a week to fix whatever issue they have.
