I wish I could pose a character, then exit the poser menu without them reverting. Same with the sex, it'd be nice if you could just make two characters go at it and then leave them to it while you fuck off and do other things.

Don't think this is possible unfortunately. One of my big wishes too (as well as being able to use VR controllers).

Few things from new update that annoy me:
1. Using WSAD while in scenes makes camara go super fast.
2. Still big difference in FPS on high settings between version from 12.03. 60fps to ~30fps
3. Character movement feels a little bit off.

Had the same issue with WASD camera controls. Turn the mouse sensitivity down in 'inputs' to around 1 and it should behave similar to before (was set to 3 on mine).

Its propably hard to do I dont know but It would be great if speed of sex animations wouldnt speed up whole animation like shaking head breathing sounds etc but only speed of thrusts or atleast it shouldnt be linear. This is like only think that missing for complete realism.

IIRC, you have to ask 2 other characters to follow you, and then you get an option to have a threesome when talking to one of them.
Be advised, this only works with certain character combinations.

If you're asking whether the game can be played offline, then the answer is yes. There is nothing in the game that would require you to be connected to the internet.
