I really don't care what they do and don't implement in terms of sexual content at this point. They've already shown that they can make competent animations. As long as they create those things in their vision and in a way that fits into the eventual game, I'm fine. Sure, there are things that I would like to see, and things I'd rather not see. That's the way porn works. Everyone has that. So far the content has been satisfactory in terms of sexual content, and the stuff that I'm not fond of I can ignore.

They update usually about every 2-3 months (if I'm not mistaken). I believe they said that the next build will come somewhere in July.

In game, hit I to open a character menu, choose Custom, there you can change some proportions, hair style, clothes and colors.

You can also go to any character and hit E to interact with them, then choose Possess and then again Customize them.

Some characters have clothes, proportions and sex positions unique to them.
