You can't do that in-game. Check TITROD's post, it's as close as you can get to it. If you can figure out how to use cheat engine to do it share the love!

The texture issues aren't a thing in the studio environment though, so it could be a memory issue I guess?

How much RAM does your PC have? With my 16GB it feels somewhat sluggish (graphics card issue in my occasion).
