Alright I just played the game for 2 hours and here's the scoop.
This is a fantastic RPG in terms of pacing and difficulty and exploration.
The Labyrinth has 8 different zones as well as the hub zone where you buy equipment or craft items and such.

But in terms of sexual content, its a mixed bag. High volume of scenes, low quality of writing.
The Magic Labyrinth makes the girls suggestible and easily consent to doing things like handjobs and more.

Its not really netori or netorase, since nobody is being convinced to do anything. Its hard to even call it NTR since they aren't acting with free will when doing lewd things. Its like subtle hypnosis. So, Generic H-Content.

The game is technically NTR since these three girls are in a harem with a guy named DIAS during the first half hour of the game [the prologue]. Its said they have lovey dovey sex off screen and stuff, but we don't see anything.

After the prologue, they are trapped in the magic labyrinth with the father of Dias, who is named Dustin. And due to hypnosis style effects, they engage in lewd things with Dustin. So, technically NTR, but aside from the prologue, they may as well be single ladies.
