I made this for myself especially for old RPG Maker games which does not allow resizing. Tool is pretty much self explaining. Select the window, enter the size and press "Set" button.
By default the size is set to 1920 x 1495 (proper height for 4:3 format so RPG Maker games get scaled correctly).

Source code included. Requirements:
- 64bit
- .NET Framework 4.6.1

No offense @JohnDoeJoe but this is useless for 3 reasons:
1) Requires .NET Framework 4.6.1
2) Requires 64bit
3)

- none of them need .NET and they run on Win98 or Vista+

Source code is included, feel free to download, set to .NET framework 2.0 and 32bit and recompile.
