Usually a lot of Combat/rpg games, they play with a strong female MC that get weakened the more you lose, becoming more and more an uphill battle. I get why these games are popular and appeal to a masochist side, but they feel a tad counterintuitive to me. You need to lose to get the fun stuff, which is frankly, the reason people play these in general. But it baffles me, how little in the other side there is, when the strong female MC, is not the protagonist, but the adversary to beat.
News Desk [v1.04] [Pyorgara] (The most straightforward and the best example of what I am looking for. In the beginning, your rival is unbeatable and kicks your ass. But the more your corrupt her, the more easier the battle becomes. And corruption affects different aspects, instead of being one single smashed Corruption stat.)
Corrupted Saviors [Release 66] [CSDev] (Not only you get stronger the more you corrupt heroines squads, they self-sabotage themselves even more. Complex, maybe too complex, system. But at least better than one single purple bar and bunch of "previous experience" numbers. Just wish was less simulator, and had original and well-tought heroines with their art, rather than random AI procedural heroines)
Yamizome Revenger [Final] [Escu:de] (Well, less corrupt to weaken heroine, and more like corrupt to get stronger, but I will take it as the options are scarce)
Yamizome Liberator [Final] [Escu:de] (Direct sequel, so same as above)
Overwhored [Final] [Cypress Zeta] (Same as above... Did I tell you about how scarce options are?)
Star Knightess Aura [v1.1.1] [aura-dev](Didn´t know if even to put this one in this list, but taking account you play as both heroine, which starts insanely OP, and the corruptor making decisions, with a complex corruption system, is one of the most similar examples I can find, though it ends more in balancing both aspects, to survive further in the game. Very good Corruption game overall.)
Point is, a lot of times, the flow of the game feels awkard. Is a "Oopsie daisy, I played very shitty against this boss, so now I am going to get some fun time" or "I totally should do this job at the brothel, even I know is an horrible decision while I am under this curse of lust" Karryn's Prison [v1.3.0.108 FULL + DLCs] [Remtairy] does a good job, of being balanced that this shitty options become less an intentionally missplay, and more slips under your best gameplay, (Time is running out, and you are too weakened for battling today. So why not take that pub job, and gain some extra money, to avoid bankraptucy?) but in the end, you feel you are not progressing, the contrary, become stuck in a constant loop of failures, which for someone seeking to play a masochistic heroine, is fine, but as player is frustrating, at least at me, which I never ended the game fully, even I agree is one of the best corruption/battle-fuck games out there.
From my point of side, I think it would be more fun the reverse, as if I am the overlord of a dungeon or another evil boss with minions and traps, waiting for the heroine/s to arrive, or a evil superhero, fighting against a magical girl/s, and I am against a race against the clock (She/they will reach the core of my dungeon, and kill me, or they will find my lair and destroy my resources and last safe spot to retreat), and I know I don´t stand a chance, so the only option is to weaken them, the heroines in the dungeon get splashes with slime pheromones while fighting against them augmenting their libido, they get cursed items that transform their armor +infinity in slutty bikinis that offer almost no protection, the magical girl stars losing the admiration of fans, not only weakening her, but adding angry mobs each encounter, or she gets more ditzy and dirty-mouthed, unable to cast spells while saying very awkard things, heck, you could even disguise as an ally, and make it an "anti-trainer", where she/they believe are being helped, but you are training/mind-controlling to do even worse next time you fight them. There a lot of potential ideas, and this would not only make corruption makes sense, as you the evil MC, are trying to gain leverage against the hero that you alone couldn´t even land a hit, but reward the player with a complex gameplay, as you strategizy, which debuffs in what order are the best to obtain your sweet final victory.
But no, instead we have a lot of rpgmakers games, lazyly following the same formula and rpg gameplay mechanics, and putting as corruption system a very obvious slutty heart marker at the dark alleyway in the red brothel, which I as the player knows the pure heroine is only going there, because I want to see the fun CGs and lead straight away to the bad end, to later do a very boring, prude, annoying run and (if I am lucky) maybe satisfying ending to the heroine story.
Well, this has become a very long post for a "seeking" post in a porn forum, and at this point I don´t know if I am trying to convince corruption hentai game developers to be more innovative with their mechanics than making the same rpg maker game over and over with a corruption meter and some funny numbers, or convince myself to finally start learning to draw naughty bits and do my own Dungeon Keeper or Trillion: God of Destruction with blacjack and hookers in my own little free time.
...So anyway, any reccomendations for games winning battles against strong heroines using corruption?
