, a strange but fun erotic simulator with a sports twist. Now I’m experimenting with a new project — a bold idea called FAPP.

To be clear: this is still just a concept and prototype, built in my free time. I don’t have a full roadmap or ETA yet, but I wanted to share it early with the F95 community to get a feel for whether this is something worth continuing — or if I’m just chasing a dumb idea


What Is FAPP?

FAPP is an offline, customizable NSFW experience engine. Think of it as a creative sandbox — a slideshow that turns into a dynamic, fully personalized erotic tool. It’s distributed as an empty shell, meaning you load your own images, sounds, music, and text to build whatever fantasy you like.


You could use:

• Celebrities
• Pornstars
• AI-generated girls
• Private content (wife, girlfriend, crush — if it’s legal, it’s possible)

✨ Core Features (Planned / In Development)

• ️ Video-style visual effects
• ️ Custom image galleries
• Background music & SFX (moans, breathing, spanks, whatever you like)
• ✍ Editable text overlays (teasing, insults, encouragement, dirty talk)
• ️ Session builder: create scenes combining all of the above
• ⚙ Advanced options:
  • Control timing, order, resolution, audio toggles
• Modes like:
  • Free play
  • Countdown / edging
  • Cuck, bull, slave, encouragement/humiliation roleplay

Everything runs offline, and your media stays private.
You’ll also be able to import/export sets to share offline.

Why Empty?

To avoid legal issues, FAPP is shipped without any built-in content. It’s just the engine. You decide how to use it and what to load. The goal is to offer a blank canvas for your own fantasies, without limits (except your imagination and the law ).


What I Need From You

Since I’m working on this in my spare time, and there’s still a lot to do, I’d love to know:

• Is this something you'd be interested in using?
• Would you enjoy building your own erotic sessions?
• What kinds of modes or ideas should I consider?
• Is this concept dumb or... kind of cool?

Not to rain on your parade or discourage, but there was a similar project about 6 months ago that would read images from a folder and had some sort of automated JOI / Faphero play engine. Can't remember the name right now. It might be interesting to take a look for inspiration, and see what worked and what did not.

If anyone happens to remember the name of that app you mentioned, I’d love to check it out. As you said, it could be super helpful to understand what worked, what didn’t, and maybe what people are actually expecting from something like this. My goal is definitely not to reinvent the wheel — if anything, I’d be thrilled to improve on the concept or offer a different take.

I’ve seen a few apps for mobile and some web-based stuff that pull content from the internet, but I was aiming for something a bit different: a completely offline, customizable experience, where users can load exactly the kind of media they want — including sounds, music, and personal image sets — all staying private.

Right now, only part of the engine is written. I'm still in that phase where I'm asking myself: is this a good idea or just weird?

One thing I think might set FAPP apart is the ability to apply dynamic effects to images, sync music/sounds/text, and create mood or pacing in a way that feels more like an erotic music video or JOI challenge — but personalized.

Anyway, thanks again for the heads-up! Feedback like this is super valuable to help me shape the project (or realize I should scrap it ).

This is a fairly similar concept to my app that I've been developing for a few months. I'll be sharing it to this site soon, just need to make enough posts to allow me to post links. It's called TranceParent. Its on Patreon right now, but I plan to add other places to download it very soon.

My app focuses more on hypnotism with your own media files through a layer system where you can stack images, gifs, videos and text with audio playing as well. It also allows recording videos of your session to share with others.

Thanks I took a look at this game, actually there are some common elements with what I would like to do, in particular taking advantage of the media already present, and the possibility of customizing the contents thanks to the support of the community.

My idea was to explicitly exclude videos, to avoid large content and this game confirms it: the files to download are gigantic.

I could use a real programming language and not Ren'Py, and this could allow for even more customization of the experience and fewer limitations.

I've seen that there is a lot of community participation so eventually releasing an empty game if the features are good might not be a problem, as long as the customization is easy, after all it doesn't take a degree to add a few images and a song.

I'll do some more research to see if there are any other contenders and try to re-organize my thoughts based on what I've seen.

I would like an opinion regarding customization, in this type of APP do you like that there are hundreds of customizable parameters to take care of every little detail, or that you can start with a few clicks?

A general rule of thumb in any public forum like this: 90% lurk, 9% comment, 1% create new interesting content.

If I understand what you are describing about your project idea: Most users will not care enough to customize the experience - they will want to just consume content made by others.

Over time, you'll potentially find others who want to create stuff - for example, there are a number of similar games where super-fans have added their own curated "girl packs".

But I'd say that until you get your project up to some level of momentum (meaning enough people using it to somewhat self perpetuate the discussion threads) you will need to produce the majority of the content yourself.

Similarly, it's up to your to be opinionated about how it is set up. Internally you can of course have dozens of "control knobs", but there's no reason to expose them because most people won't care. The content creators will find the knobs and mess with them (maybe).
