Hey everyone!
I've been working with an artist (1551Karat) over the past week to make a game idea come to life, and we're both excited with the concept! We're aiming to make a proper 2D chase/escape game with solid gameplay, not just walking simulator + scenes.
Inspired by Afterschool Tag and Hospital Seduction, you play as someone trying to survive and escape while being hunted by a variety of unique enemies who REALLY want to... catch you.
What sets it apart (we hope):
• Every enemy has their own distinct hunting style, movement patterns, and "personality"
• Procedural map generation for replayability (already prototyping and looking promising!)
We're still very early; basically concept + core tech stage.
So we want your input before we go too deep:
What would you love to see in a game like this?
• Favorite enemy types/designs? (succubus, ghost nurse, spider girl, etc.)
• Cool chase mechanics? (traps, distractions, hiding spots that can backfire...)
• Map aesthetics/themes? (abandoned mall, cursed mansion, underground lab...)
Almost anything goes at this point (except loli and scat, those are hard no's)
