Hi, I wish to create an adult game. So far, I wish to use renpy. Anyone plz suggest me how to proceed. And I wish to enable multiple language. How to proceed? How to do marketing so that more people will play my game.

To expand on what others have said, you shouldn't be asking "how to do multiple languages" or other such basic questions here, it's 2025 and using google should be a basic skill that everyone should have, even more so if you plan to develop a game, if you can't do this, you've already failed. If you knew how to use google, you would have found the docs (very important, and you should study them regardless):

and even a video:

and while rayminator's suggestion is really good, he loses me at the "three characters", idk what metric that is, but a small game (3 hours or so) can exist with a single heroine. Some bigger games have two main heroines.
On my steam game, despite having years of experience creating games at this point, I still went for a small game with a single heroine.
Ultimately the number of heroines doesn't matter, the important bit is going for a very small game that you can complete easily and in a timely manner. Having a completed project on your belt feels good, and it boosts your credibility, plus you learn a lot by knowing how to make a game from the start till the end.

Haha, well said... In moments like this it’s hard for me not to be that guy. Over time I’ve managed to control myself a lot, but when I read questions like that I can’t help but think about writing something like "if you’re asking this, it’s because you don’t have the mindset and you’re just gonna waste other people’s time". Way harsher and more direct than what you said, and you saved me from saying it... oh, wait...

My point is that games with a single heroine (like mine) exist. Bigger games can even have two (See Confined & Horny) for instance. While three heroines in a short game can exist for sure, it's not a strict requirement, it's probably much easier to have a short game with a single heroine.
