To expand on what others have said, you shouldn't be asking "how to do multiple languages" or other such basic questions here, it's 2025 and using google should be a basic skill that everyone should have, even more so if you plan to develop a game, if you can't do this, you've already failed. If you knew how to use google, you would have found the docs (very important, and you should study them regardless):

and while rayminator's suggestion is really good, he loses me at the "three characters", idk what metric that is, but a small game (3 hours or so) can exist with a single heroine. Some bigger games have two main heroines.
On my steam game, despite having years of experience creating games at this point, I still went for a small game with a single heroine.
Ultimately the number of heroines doesn't matter, the important bit is going for a very small game that you can complete easily and in a timely manner. Having a completed project on your belt feels good, and it boosts your credibility, plus you learn a lot by knowing how to make a game from the start till the end.
