Wasd is a pretty awkward control scheme compared to point and click
Drop it on the slot from above and dont put it in the slot directly

I find the WASD mechanics too be too frustrating to allow me to enjoy the game. It isn't at all clear, moving around her room, when movement is blocked in any given direction, so that something as simple as "stand behind the counter" becomes several minutes of fiddling around trying to move past invisible objects. That needs to be converted to point-and-click for me to enjoy the game. GL with it anyway.

If you need the top left Futa scene, it is not available in the current version of the game, it can only be opened by opening the entire gallery.

Does your windows installation is 64bits ?
EDIT: Nvm, you didn't put the dll in the plugin folder in your screenshot
EDIT 2: If still don't work, provide me these two files inside the "BepInEx" folder :
ErrorLog.log and LogOutput.log
