I'm starting work on a game which I intend to title Witch's Rise. It will center an apprentice (the PC), a witch (the mentor) and a rival. It will mostly be point and click, and story-driven with sexual rewards. So far I intend to include many side characters with H-Scenes, but we'll see how far base development goes. I'll attach some PDFs of the google doc I'm using for development. I may consider a trello or similar in the future. I intend to do all the coding and art (made in Godot and Krita respectively).

The game is mostly inspired by similar fantasy VNs/Point-And-Clicks, but none come to mind at the moment.

I don't have any art at this very moment, but intend to start with character design soon. The main goal for now is to implement the basic features in Godot (text boxes, dialogue options, traversal, quest-logging, etc.) and then finalize the designs for characters.

Interesting to see someone pick Godot as their game engine. This means you can code, but the outfit sketches you share look good! Awesome that you can not only code your own game, but also create your own assets for it. This means that it will take more time, but you will save costs (good artists are expensive, I know).

May I ask why you picked Godot? Not saying that's a bad choice, but I just wonder on what requirements you based your decision. Good luck on the development of your game!

I'm really not great at coding and Godot is the only engine I have experience in haha. I considered something like RPG Maker or Renpy, but ultimately wanted more control over the game. I want to do minigames and at least some interesting gameplay mechanics that I think would be more difficult to code with the restrictions of the other engines.

Thanks for taking interest! Here's a few variants of the not-quite-done Rival! (not married to these colors yet!)

I think the Rival is done! At least for now, I'm prone to redoing things later. All of her clothes are toggle-able, something I plan to use as a game feature. This is just for basic reference, of course I'll still have to do all of her poses and environment interactions.
