So it looks like this is already a wash for me. LIs doing stuff with the other characters already makes it an automatic no.

What a gigantic letdown. Then again, it's Spiderman the character that has already been ruined countless times. Now it gets ruined even in fan-made porn games.

I totally get the concern, and just to clarify — the NTR content will be completely optional and avoidable. You can absolutely have a playthrough with none of it, depending on your choices. The story is meant to adapt to how you want to experience it.

Some folks can't stand even optional NTR -- the mere possibility a character could cheat on some path, no matter if they personally picked that path or not, is enough for them to reduce appeal of the character. It may be very much "them" problem, but it doesn't really help in their situation.

personally, i dont think the problem is optional ntr, we already have official ntr and its a canon event.
i think the real problem is that everyone really likes spidey for being spidey and just want him to be in the multiverse where he is a giga chad.
