I have this problem, I need to unzip files from a game (RPG MV) and get the game running. I have successfully solved the first problem, but as soon as I run the game without encrypted files, an error appears. The game tries to read the picture files, which are there, but the game does not see them. For example Failed to load: img/system/IconSet.png, again this file in the folder is present.
It should be noted that this error occurs in one particular game, which I very much need to hack and make it work. I will be grateful to all for help.

This is just me thinking out loud, but perhaps it is in the way where you unpacked the files using the unzip program of your choice. Normally I would recommend 7Zip because WinRar has in the past been known to harbor some unwanted viruses and other nefarious files within their program so it poses a risk to system vulnerabilities.

So back to the problem at hand. I think maybe if the game is not recognizing the images, then it is probably the way wherein the game was unpacked and the files were probably not stored in the prober sub-folders from a file taxonomy perspective. Hence, why the game is trying to pinpoint img files that are not stored in the proper folder and the game cannot boot up normally as a result due to those missing img files not being present in the right folders when you initially extracted the game perhaps.

Assuming that the game extraction process went smoothly, I'm not 100% sure what could the problem be then. If anything, I would suggest posting this problem in the actual game thread so you have more eyeballs from the rest of the player base community, and perhaps someone who faced a similar problem to yours, can provide you with a resolution. Just my $0.02 on direction.
