VN - Ren'Py - Witness Protection [v0.2] [Seductive Galaxy]

Still waiting for it to get interesting. All of the female models have asses that are thicker than a bowl of oatmeal (needs some diversity). This VN is straight up porn logic through and through. Tbh of the story doesn't progress in the next update I'll probably drop this one and never look back.

Writing: Dialogue needs a lot of work, for sure. Grammatical and spelling errors abound, but mostly the conversations just sound unnatural to a native English speaker. Not the worst I've seen, but it could really do with a proper proofreading.

Story: The plot cannot be taken seriously at all. It works as a cheesy porn plot, but it's completely full of holes, and dev clearly knows nothing about how the military, or witness protection work. Again, it's fine if you don't take it seriously, and just accept that it's only a flimsy premise to get to the lewd stuff.

Characters: Good variety for an HS game. Dev definitely went overboard with the breast and butt sliders. Would prefer more variety, personally(all boobs are good boobs). I do really love that dev went way out of his way to make every girl that could possibly be a virgin(no matter how unlikely) actually be a virgin. So far, it looks like any woman that hasn't given birth to the MC or an LI is still a virgin, and that's a good thing. It does seem like dev is making an effort to develop unique personalities for each of the girls.

Graphics: Pretty standard HS2, but dev definitely put some effort into creating the models. MC's model is a far cry better than 99% of HS game MCs, which definitely earns significant points for the game. The environments look good, well-appointed, and don't feel empty or plain.

Audio: Well above average. Music, ambient noise, sound effects, and moans are all well-utilized to enhance the experience.

Lewds: Not a lot of lewd scenes yet, but what there is, is done well. Animations are quite good, with slow-panning camera to give multiple angles without breaking immersion. Unanimated lewd scenes are still surprisingly good.

Overall impression: Several flaws, mostly in the dialogue and story, but tons of potential. Dev is clearly a big fan of virgins, and so am I, so I am definitely biased. I give it an overall 4/5, because the positives mostly outweigh the negatives, and despite the plot holes and lack of research/knowledge, this is at least a good attempt at a story that hasn't been done before(to my knowledge). I recommend giving it a go. Looking forward to the next update.

This is a story about a special services operative who leaves the military to become a bodyguard for a witness protection agency. The story shows some promise but is the victim of poor writing and a dreadful English translation*, which becomes unintentionally funny at times.

The renders are also pretty bland and there are other nuisance's such as the addition of a clock to simulate the passing of time. But it moves in 12 hour increments, which is both confusing and funny.

On a positive note, the ladies are attractive and the sex animations, although limited, are decent enough. The MC also looks better than the typical generic Asian male you see in most of these games.

Bottom line- If the game is to be taken seriously it needs a complete English overhaul. Considering it is still in it's early stages, that should be pretty easy to do.
