There was an old Reddit post that had the link to the pixiv, and by using the internet archive (thank GOD someone saved it), the first result had a page that seemed blank. However, if you look using developer tools and stumble in the description, it has a MediaFire that has the video.

Long story short, pure luck by over looking everywhere.
I also wonder if it's possible finding the other ads they made using this method?
