There is a game where the male protag is
*either his mom or his therapist coerces him into wearing panties
*blackmailed into paying money to someone at school once a week (due to panties)
*a girl (he has a crush on?) invites him to her place her father a mob boss doesn't like it until the girl reveals he is wearing panties and the mob boss gives him a job as a maid.
*his therapist also works for the mob boss
*he is possibly coerced or feels forced into taking pills that feminizes his body

Another thing I remembered:
I remember the first thing you could do in the game was insult your character's (step) mother, or not. Once your character's (step) mother started making your character wear panties she would inspect you every morning before you left to make sure you are wearing them.
