Talking about a completely nude fighting game, You could customize your character however you want. Maybe there's a half assed story mode and an explanation why we need to have nude fights in the first place.

Mixed Fights - It would have mixed fights, depending on your character your opponent would make a joke, for example if you had a character with a small penis, She'd joke around with it. If you beat her you could shove it in her face while she's knocked down, I love a humiliation aspect of it. Maybe you get to cum on a fighter's face say a one liner and leave.
Gore Matches - More of a mortal kombat idea, Maybe there's a gore version available where you would see perfectly rendered blood or sweat running down someone's ass. It would be really realistic
