VN - Ren'Py - WVM [S2 Ch.1 Ep.13 F] [Braindrop]

So far its an amazing story. Renders are nice, characters are unique and the beginning was good. Looks like the MC will have a lot of fun in the future updates. I really can't come up with any negative things to say. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to seeing this one through to the end.

Man, this is not a game but a visual novel, and a boring one at that. I played all the way through day 5 (reading every line), and I must say that the story was normal (not good nor bad), but the visuals were good enough to make me put up with with; however, it got pretty boring after that, with little to no interaction, feeling like I was getting dragged rather than having a choice in how events played out. The fact that relationships are mostly imposed on you, is also a huge turn off, like you can't decide who to pursue (aside from one casual fuck somewhere in between, and only with some characters).

I'm clearly disappointed, and if you like having interaction in a game, like myself, I would recommend you to not partake into this "game".

TLDR:
It's really good

To me, WVM is probably the best example of a harem game at this time. The MC, while keeping in the tradition of porn games, has a MASSIVE MAGNUM DONG. That said, he still has a personality and isn't some pervy weirdo. The MC of this game gets girls to fall in love with him by being a good person and helping them with their personal and emotional issues. With that in mind, you're not going to be needing to worry that this game is just constant build up with no payoff. MC and the girls get physical, and often.

Give this one a try if you haven't already.

The animations and the different angles are amazing and very fluid some of the best renpy can offer. The reason I have to give this a 3 is that almost every girl in game has a super duck face all the time. Don't get me wrong a little duck face can be sexy but almost every girl having resting duck face is a bit of drag. The only other flaw I have is in the story and the willingness of every girl the mc encounters wants to be his side chick immediately like walking into a room and everyone just bows down as soon as you step into the room. I've never been a basketball superstar but I can't imagine that's what it's really like.

Ok, so on one hand there are a lot of different looking characters in this game, but most of them feel a kind of the same in regards to mc, who is pretty much god, can do no wrong, always knows what to do and what to say. Also I feel like there is a lot of focus on characters that are off-limits (family, teachers), I mean wouldn't it be better to focus on important (i.e. fuckable) characters?

WVM has a lot of heart -- and there are many positives. Earlier in its development, the game seemed fresh and brimming with potential, but it has lost its way more recently as the character set expanded and the story got diluted. It's good but not one of the top games in the genre.

The Good

• Huge diversity of girls with different personalities, body types and overall looks
• Main characters (including MC) are nice and easy to root for
• Well-done renders and environments -- some I haven't seen in any games before
• The sports emphasis makes the basic premise ("guy goes off to college") feel differentiated and more enjoyable
• Prior to the recent delay, updates were provided quickly and regularly
• OK animations

The Not-So-Good

• The story has made less and less sense over time. The MC is being dragged into diluted conversation after diluted conversation with an increasingly large cast of characters that is hard to keep track of
• The story began (generally) grounded in realism but has devolved into messy threads that are mostly implausible
• The story re-uses the same angles, framing and character expressions over and over -- although there are no "grind" elements, the conversations feel like a grind
• The girls are all good looking but few are ... sexy. There is little seduction or intrigue -- the H-scenes are almost rote in how predictably they play out.

Will continue to follow this game but hoping, with the developer recently re-engaging, there is a chance to reflect and correct some of the recent mis-steps.

Don't want to be that guy but I have to put my foot down at some point. To be fair, sure I can see why some people feel this is a "good" game but for me it really isn't. The game part of the this VN is not really there, you don't really have any choice at all. It's just do you want to fuck this girl or not. I feel I need to be honest, I haven't played the few latest updates but I am really skeptic that anything has changed since I tried this out. Renders are good and the girls do look nice but there is no depth or anything interesting to the characters in my opinion. If you are looking for a fapfest that is just clicking "I want to fuck this girl" then it might be your thing but for someone that like a good story this is probably not your cup of tea. These are my personal thoughts about the game and might not reflect what you think of it so keep that in mind.

Aight,I think its time I give this game a review.I follow this game since 2019 and I will be honest I'm really a fan of this game when its still in early development.But sadly,it become worse in each update.

Pro:
-Girls are cute ngl.They have their own beauty.Dev really know how to create a cute characters.
-A fresh theme.This is one of the game that have their own theme,a basketball.Which is pretty fresh and interesting

Now,

Cons:

-MC is pretty much a perfect men on earth because every single girls in game throwing themselves at him without any development or their own story in 1 week.I find it honestly boring and total bullshit.Even the main character in Renryuu and Sisterly Lust have their own adventure to raise the affection with the girls.They aren't instantly become a worshipper to mc all of the sudden.Its like I watching a cringey low budget drama in tv.I know MC is handsome,but there is no way they suddenly worshipping him that fast.
-Expression and dialogue.I hate what dev did to them.At first I really like their expression and dialogue in day 1 or 2.It does look balanced at first.But suddenly,it become worse and retarded.The Girls suddenly have a weird face especially the lips.They make a Duck face all the time that makes me cringey when I see it.I hope I can punch them multiple time.Their dialogue also really really cringey.They keep compliment all the times,kiss,hugs,girls suddenly pop up,hug,kiss repeat.That at one point,I keep thinking if Dev ever have a gf before,Because im 100% sure that any couple arent like this.Its like Dev is in his world full of vanilla and romance that he got from low budget drama.The girl in the early days really look normal.They have a normal face and didnt make any duck face or whatever.Now they become retarded and always worshipping mc whenever they met.
-Rushed story.
-Girls dont have any personality or purpose.Other than worshipping and fucking mc.They dont have any role.Let alone character development.

Honestly this game also like OneManAV,they have similarities ngl.I keep skipping text because im bored wirh it.Girls keep repeating the same sentences and making a cringey face. Anyway,no offense to dev,I respect you because I know you are a good guy based on how you treat your fans and supporter.But,please fix your game a bit so it will be on top game in this site.All the best

Decided to finally review this game. I began playing this way back in 2019, before it blew up in popularity, so I think I have a fairly decent grasp on the strengths and flaws of this game.

Good points...

- The renders are pretty solid. Nothing fancy, as most of them are just simple POV renders, but they're nice. The models are good, although some of the facial expressions are a bit weird.
- Related to the previous, it has a good diversity of body types. Skinny girls, super busty girls, black girls, an asian girl etc. Even has two trans girls.
- The pregnancy mechanic is interesting. Never saw a game in which the MC is literally a sperm donor.
- The story (about MC's long lost family) is fairly interesting I think.
- I personally like basketball, so it's nice to have a sport themed (sort of) game.

Now, the not so good.

- MC is basically Jesus. He is perfect in every way, all the girls love him unconditionally. It's borderline cult-like.
- Related to that, because all the girls adore MC so much, a lot of the dialog is repetitive "Baby, I love you" and variations of that. The girls are all fairly similar personality wise, and since there are so many of them, most of them do not have much depth. It doesn't have much buildup, sort of repetitive with the interactions.
- Related to both of the previous points, this game is really weird when it comes to conflicts. There are some conflicts, but since MC is basically Jesus, they get resolved really quickly and unnaturally. Usually, the girls just accept whatever MC says as gospel, whether that is him having sex with everyone in town, or something more personal about themselves.

TLDR: This is a harem game in which MC is perfect and can do no wrong. It has some nice aesthetics, but when you look under the hood, it's not that great. Above average, I'd give it 3.5, but since you can't give .5 stars, I'll give it 3.

Very good game, the story is very nice pass but sometimes makes me feel awkward because of the main caracter who looks like perfect man nice guy or mister steal you’re girl, but the developer of the Mc and the story himself makes you want for more. Very addictive and you always get the curiosity to see the others paths and makes others choices more fun. Keep the good work the game is very nice.

Huge harem, you are an almighty god, animations and models of the characters are very well made.

Bad.
Story without originality, our character is untouchable... it's God, all the characters have a reaction and consciousness of goldfish when they are close to us, hardly any of our choices have a bad impact.

To summarize.
WVM has good models but it is certainly the most overestimated game you can find, the writing is of an enormous banality, you just have to be a basketball star put twenty girls all to fuck and voila! Well done everyone! 2/5.

The game really nice. Excellent renders, really good stories, lovely girls, good dialogue.
Only thing that can be a tiny bit of disappointing is the lack of music, and proper animations. Some characters flaws would've been nice cause sometime MC is way to nice but not like some douche.
This is a must play from me.

Awesome game and FAST updates! Renders are great and good quality animation. Braindrop provides hours of good quality entertainment. Im not really sure what more I need to say except yyou will really enjoy this great piece of work!

Excellent game , the perfect harem story and I really like the chemical between the girls and the MC , also how the whole multiple relationships thing started was unexpected I thought it was going to be another cheating and hidden relationship under the nose of the girlfriend but no it was a very pleasant and welcome surprise. so great work braindrop

Amazing game!
I´ve really enjoyed playing this one, the main character is a charming dude.
You feel like you´re on the shoes of this Basketball player star that arrives to a weird university.
Scripts is excellent and the story is pretty long, renders are amazing and the game is addictive and time flies when you play it. As improvement I would add some minigames and also some fun/jokes to break a bit the pace.
As a last word I´d like to say thanks and congratulations for the amazing work that you´ve done with the game, looking forward to the new update!

This game has some of the highest highs and some of the lowest lows I have seen. I feel that it's only fair to give it a 2, since it ticked a few of my boxes, but really disappointed me in other aspects.
Some great features to the game:
-Great renders. Always very clean looking, and the backgrounds always have good variety. Sometimes the characters can look a bit "off" or cross-eyed. Also, the mouth that many characters make when you kiss them reminds me of Magikarp.
-Quite a lot of characters to go around, with most of them looking either good or decent. I also like the fact that you get girls with all different shapes and sizes, and different skin tones as well.
-A lot of different changes to the environment, how the MC always goes to new places, and there are always new things to see. There's a good sense of exploration, ish, until you realize that you're just handheld the whole way through
The bad features:
-The MC is the most boring character I have seen in a while. Everyone just loves him and lets him cuck them because they "can't bear the thought of not being with him". Honestly this makes me feel extremely slimy playing it, especially when the MC constantly brings up the fact that he feels bad he's doing this behind this person's back, but keeps doing it anyway. And when they find out, BOOM they're fine with it. The dev tried adding a flaw to his character, but he INSTANTLY gets over it. The only trouble this guy ever has is too many characters loving him at once. ALSO, kid you not, there is this one scene where he straight up tells one of the girls that he wants to fuck other girls, but tells her he doesn't want her to fuck other dudes. I honestly chuckled real hard at the audacity of this dude.
-The story just isn't good. While I did mention the MC going around places giving a nice feeling of exploration, he literally moved houses 4 times in the span of a week. That's just crazy on top of meeting all these new people and fucking like 20 people you just met. Also in a game where the plot is about a basketball superstar joining a college to play basketball, there has yet to have been a single basketball match, yet somehow all this other crazy shit is happening. Later on in the story, there is a "twist" that really felt like it came out of nowhere. People might think this is a good thing, cause it caught them by surprise, but the build up wasn't "ripe" enough, causing it to feel very rushed and awkward. I honestly think the twist could've been in later episodes.
-The MC is always conveniently at the right places, at the right time. This really gives the feeling where all the side characters might as well be cardboard cut outs, since they never really have anything to do besides waiting around for the MC to show up. Everytime he finishes fucking someone, he leaves the room and BAM, runs into the next person. He fucks that person, and then walks here, BAM! He runs into another one, and another one, and another one, etc. This game truly helped me understand what it feels like to have simps simping for you, because every character in the game literally simps so hard for the MC.
TL;DR: Even as a person who likes harem games, I don't think the harem aspect to this game is strong enough to hook you throughout everything else it has to offer, which is not much besides great renders and decent looking characters.

Meh. MC is pretty much infallible with a giant's veiny dick.
The game starts out alright and the stories pick up really well. But then it becomes just another harem game. Way too often you get no choice of whether he screws someone or not. Even though he complains about being really tired he goes on to plow everything in sight.
It's a one playthrough type of game and you might as well just screw everyone right from the start. Because you won't have much of a choice anyway.
Miserly updates.

MC is a machine, with unlimited rounds and effortless basketball skills. I was always aroused by the whole 'girlfriend-gets-turned-on-by-consensual-cheating' (other wise known as a cuckquean fetish), and this game has so much amazing qualities, you can truly see all the beautiful effort and thought that has gone into it! A girl for every taste, a story that'll knock you on your butt, this game is absolutely, undoubtedly amazing and I can't wait for more updates!

Some of the renders are nice, but be aware that even if you choose the regular and not the trans option for the purple hair girl the story will still be be written as if she were trans. Seems like half of the basketball team itself is also either trans or gay, so just because you pick the normal option in the beginning you'll still run into gay and trans characters in the game. The mom as LI gets pushed really hard too, so sucks to be you if you play this and that's not something you're into.

One of the Top 10s on F95. While I'm not a super fan of the facial expressions, they're easy to look past. The story sucks you in, is a great piece of contemporary slice-of-life with a great school and sports setting. Only thing missing is fixing those facial animations (doubtful) and adding the sandbox mode. I'd love it if I could focus on one girl and get extra content, story etc. My absolute favs are Shauna, Jamie and Bailey, so far
