X-Change Alternative 2 Help

I've downloaded X-change Alternative 2 from 'legends world' but I can't seem to get it to run. I've tried all the usual troubleshooting methods (compatibility mode, Japanese local, using a locale emulator) but to no avail. The best I can get is it running in the background. the download comes with a 'no DVD' file but it doesn't seem to work either. I have managed to install he game but like said it just isn't running.

Notes: It is in Japanese with no English patch available at he moment (and probably ever).
The download does come with all the CGs if anyone is interested.

I've downloaded the files also.
first you have to extract the file, and extract the iso files and used damon tools to install the game,
then you have to extract the no DVD files and copy the files into the installed game folder
you can only extract the CG files if you only want to see the artworks.
