Appreciate the lead, what makes you think it's by that artist? I can't find any projects from them outside of Afterglow.

They're named as the artist on Sankaku, but being shota (and not being signed up) it was partially blocked there. With a bit more digging (and not missing a s from their name) it's a multi part Flash game callled Jenny's Gym Lessons.

It is, indeed, from GaussianFracture. It's from the first of a series of three flash videos called Jenny's Gym Lessons. GaussianFracture is currently making "Afterglow".
