Could be a lot better.

First off the translations is garbage you can make out the story but every sentence is wrong, pronounce are never used right and the choices and gameplay isn´t even translated.

The gameplay is very shallow it´s ask the right question and figure out who is lying always with three options.

Music is very dissapointing there aren´t a lot of song and most sound too similar.

The setting with the abandoned asylum is nice but there are too few backgrounds too actually get a feel for the place.

The characters are predictable.

The story is okay very straightforward and the twist is way too obvious.

The art is is good and the style is often amazing.

The sex scenes are awful they feel way too samey and are so drawn out.

Pretty dark (duh). The main content is rape obviously and sprinkle of ryona(pretty extreme, tho not on guro territory). Because the interrogation choices is not translated, you need to just randomly choose then reload if you make the wrong choice. There are 3 endings but the choices except the final is not relevant. The MTL suuuucks hard but i think it is understandable enough.
Also, technically, a lot of the contents is not translated (the epilogue of imageboard discussing the matters, The girls blaming each other in some part, etc)
