Locale-Emulator v2.3.1.1 now it work

I run it with applocal but i can't save or access CG.

The problem is that the game does a CD-check before allowing you to save. Here is a copy of the game where the "Data.xp3" file" is cracked, allowing you to save/load like normal (tested in Win10x64, with Locale Emulator v2.3.1).
