RPGM - Completed - Yarimon Master: Using Cheats to Fuck 'em All! [v3.08+DLC Fix] [Bosom Studio]

The game is very well done and very well created. I was binged to play it around 3 days and I finally finished it included the DLCS. The lore and the gameplay is on the spot, No shot I'm playing the game while watching the Norway live chess 2025. But goddamn it is an very fun ride. Maki and Hikari was my favorite, including leo. Big <3 to the devs nice game

Basically Pokemon but with a couple hundred dirty scenes.
Worth playing, I enjoyed collecting and evolving everything. In my opinion, the story on the Yarimon was actually pretty interesting and you do develop a bond with some of the earlier characters.

Art: 8/10
Many scenes, all or almost all animated. The amount of content in this game definitely puts many others to shame. Considering this is their second game (that I'm aware of) that has accomplished this, I'm watching eagarly for their next projects based on this alone. Only reason I'm not giving 10 points in this catagory is because sometimes I feel that the dev sacrifices scenes with multiple perspectives in favor of many more scenes with different characters entirely, and I would prefer a few more scenes where the positions were switched and perhaps some more foreplay, but it can hardly be faulted when the breadth of content is what makes this game truly shine in the first place.

Gameplay: 9/10
Personally, I'm not a big fan of pokemon style games, so I'll keep this relatively brief other than to say that even playing on the easiest difficulty where you can skip every battle, I found myself enjoying the process of collecting all of the Yarimon and occasionally not using the insta-win move just to try my hand at the battles. My guess is that people who enjoy this sort of thing will really enjoy that portion, because even I can tell a good amount of effort went into making it. The other half, actually exploring and finding all the events is also very good, mostly due to their being ingame list and hints for all the scenes. I've played quite a few RPGM games, and I tend to hate them with a passion, because it feels like the developers give no thought to including QoL stuff like moving via the mouse or easy control schemes in general, but in this game I had no issues, and you can tell that the dev spent a good chunk of the time trying to reduce the friction whenever the mechanics bump up against anything else.

Story: 9/10
I really did not have high expectations going into this game. Considering the premise, I wouldn't have thought it possible to make the story convincing enough to be immersive but that's exactly what the dev has managed to do. The dialogue and exposition are woven together pretty well, and it managed both to make me feel something and also wonder about what might happen next several times during the main story. There are obviously characters and events that serve no purpose to the narrative and only exist for the art, but I doubt anyone really cares about that considering the website we find ourselves on.

TLDR: Lots of well put together content in an approachable, enjoyable format results in easily one of if not the best RPGM games I've played. 5/5 stars.

An honestly surprising upgrade from the previous game, I was not expecting such much higher level of effort to be put into it.



Gameplay

Pokemon, that's it, even if you haven't played it you should know what its like.
Originally, i thought the game would be harder, but then you realize that just isnt the case.
While the base idea is good, the difference between yarimons is incredibly insignificant, there is a very small pool of moves which they end up sharing, and there are only a few types.
Now i know the game has 'cheats' in the name, but the cheat tackle is too much, atleast if they wanted to develop a balanced game. Imo, they could've done it differently, make a series of smaller cheats, or make the tackle weaker, even if its only once per battle, having a gurantee kill button on atleast one yarimon breaks the balance completely.
It ends up turning all the art and back stories for the yarimon useless if its all trivialized by such a thing.
I guess its up to preference, i wished it was a more balanced and harder game.

Story

Surprising, but cliche.
It's an upgrade, dont get me wrong, but it taking itself seriously is actually the wrong move here.
The finale feels exciting, but is quite shallow once yo peel back the layers.
The characters are also copies of the ones from the previous games? Like im not kidding, some of them are entirely the same just in a diff world, it feels incredibly cheap.
It has a better story than you average coomslop, let's just end it with that.

Art

It's been upgraded, atleast I believe so, not by a long shot, but the improvement is there. If you're a fan of the original artist, you're going to like it. Otherwise it's a decenish artstyle that you're able to enjoy

H game elements

Lacking. while there are alot of cgs, the set up, depth, and variation isn't compared to the first game. Alot of the scenes are purely penetration content. There is some sm stuff and the occasional piss kink, but the previous game managed to cast a very wide net that appealed to almost everyone.
Of course though, if you enjoy the hyponsis element of it, that's really all you need, it's executed just as well as the last game


A good experience that lacks everything that could make it great

Great game. This game answers the simple question: what if you could have sex instead of getting money for beating another pokemon trainer? (and they can't refuse) Everything else follows from that. Comes with a great story and a quite expansive set of characters.

The game plays a bit like a puzzle. You're looking for ways to progress in the game, either by leveling up or finding new areas to go to. It's not complicated, but optimizing it is a fun challenge. Exploring the map is fun and rewarding, catching all 'yarimon' is not required, but an interesting challenge.

The game has a built-in hint system for finding missed scenes, and a similar quest system. You always know what to do. I really got the feeling a lot time and dedication went into making this game.

Dont want to read a paragraph to see why this game is so good?

1. Fantastic, high quality, well animated sex scenes
2. Fun, non grind-y gameplay that has plenty of postgame content
3. Solid and unique story

I've loved Nyuu Koubou's art ever since I read Interdimensional Academy. Last game was nice but it left a bit for approvement. I'm happy to say that this is a step up from Free Ticket, with a more likeable protagonist, gameplay that imitates Pokemon but doesn't overly complicate it for casual players and badass story related art and events. It goes without saying, but the H-scenes are well animated and touch on a variety of kinks. Admittedly, the English translation stumbles often but it's not so awful that it hurts my brain. All-in-all I highly recommend it and look forward towards Nyuu's next game.

Leo and Athena are best girls!

A well drawn and well done game, even if there's a bit too much grinding. The sex scenes were a nice treat even if the body types don't vary that much. The fact that there's so many Yarimon is nice for those who are more interested in collecting stuff, and if you're the kind to enjoy a story this game actually has one, even though it does feel very generic and Japanese coded. Still it was a cute experience and I think its certainly one of the better H games around.

I originally thought of this to be some sort of actual pokemon rip-off with not much story but good scenes, and DAMN am I astonished by the story of this game :sob:


alright, usual stuff, pros, and cons

pros:
-game has a shit ton of scenes, with a new DLC on its way (called dlc2)
-game has an amazing story (imo)
-the UB can actually not bother people that much because the face barely appears (they did a good job centering on the girls. Coming from a person not into UB btw)
-easy mode for those who only want to jerk off (has a con side to it, unfortunately)
-a very easy to navigate gallery

now, the cons:
-gameplay time is EXTREMELY long (without DLC on easy mode it took me 7 hours to 100% the yarimans alone)
-it is extremely hard to find some stuff on the map (I struggled to find momohime or whoever that was since the game told me she's at the shrine, and she never appeared there as an example)
-large map, teleport isn't precise enough (a bit of precision would have been nice, or just sprint could do.)
-lack of frames on sex animations (animation quality is good aside from the lack of frames per thrust loop)


overall a solid 8,9 out of 10
waiting on DLC2 so I can gobble the content up, also,
highly recommended if you want a lot of options to wank to
scat CAN be avoided.

-you can see huge improvements in the scenes since the last dlc and the main game
-you do kind of have a gallery to unlock all the game content (its in the developer's room elevator on the resort island)

2 cons still remain:
-no sprint
-quests dont give good enough of a hint (i struggled on the final scene for aya and luna)


one peculiar thing i did notice, in the 2nd dlc, from what i saw (the dlc is in full patch), you can softlock yourselves to not be able to view specific scenes with the addition of the separate “sex?” button, as it conflicts with the original sex scenes post fight things… I don't know, my assumption here.

Anyway, good job on the release, bosom studio!

A fun RPGm game with a unique art-style. It's basically pokemon lite, but with optional difficulty.

I would recommend at least a playthrough the game if you enjoy pokemon, but there are some fetishes in the game that are not for the common taste. These can be skipped over.

Truly impeccable video game.
One of the rare porn games that are fun to play and not just a more rewarding way to watch porn. The story was spectacular, the characters were all great, the battle system was good enough of a Pokemon rip off that it was fun, the porn was rewarding and hot.
It wasn't too long either. A lot of porn games now are trying too hard to milk peoples wallets and end up going on to long and being monotonous and repetitive, but I was able to finish this game in one (rather long) sitting and was intrigued throughout the whole experience.
A solid 10/10, and I honestly can't find any complaint or negative. I've only been this amazed by one other hentai game, Naedoko Demon's Ground, and I played that game almost 10 years ago

First game to make me actually pay attention to RPGM games. I had determined them to all be simplistic pixel-art games and had not thought them to be of much value.

However, the art and animations in this game are nice, and the voice acting and sound effect are pretty great. Not to mention the lack of censorship!

It's quite an easy game to play, and you may also speed through dialogue at a really fast pace.

I also like that you can use WASD for movement and not just the arrow keys.

This is a very, very solid game. It took about 3 days to finish it, but I guarantee you that this is very much worth it. I'm not sure I could even write a review to do this game a justice, but I'll try to avoid spoilers AMAP.

v2.15+DLC

I cant believe that the very first Pokemon-esque type of game i have ever played is this. For someone who played Pokemon game, i could imagine that this could be somewhat boring, considering how simple the gameplay is. Plus, it doesnt help that you can effectively cheat your way to the end. Besides that, the gameplay was fun and engaging to me, plus it didnt overstay its welcome. it only took me around 6~ hours to finish it.

Besides that, the story is very engaging and has some hook to it. The characters are a bit flat, but they do have personality. One of my biggest mixed feelings was the art. It is gorgeous with well made animations. Its sad that i find x-ray vision of the intercourse a big turnoff and considering more than half of the sexual scenes have it, it destroyed my little soldiers enjoyment of more than half of what the game offered. If you cant get past that, then you have a LARGE variety of both girls to fuck and in ways to fuck em.

Overall a great game, if only it didnt have x-ray.

Living the fiction of actually interacting with trainer in Pokemon world!

There's a lot going on here, like the Story, Gameplay, Character, and Theme.

• The Back Story is certainly not something to be written home about, in the foreseeable future, human greed robed the land from most of it's resource (But not to the point of dystopian, apparently) as there is a sprinkle of lore to make sense of it but there is a lot of plot hole and Deus Ex Machina for it to work.
  
  
• Now skipping to the Main Story that take place where everything is abundance; food, necessity, and other thing that made up this utopia. So it's the picture of heaven right? I mean none of the character seem to have any problem living in it, so it's really jarring to put a b-plot of prejudice and poverty in a world where you can catch companion in a well feed world.
• Reason for that is. Everyone, even in pokemon universe has access to emotional support companion just by walking in patch of grass outside of their town.

Gameplay

• The Gameplay is certainly fun. The main character and I have the same idea that, "using this cheat move is dirty" so to the old grind we go. That's when I realize that there isn't a lot of synergy to be done on your team and it's a lot of puzzle solving than raising your Yarimon to progress the story.
• Not until in the middle of the story that I realize how unfair the other trainer are as the game tells you how stupid you are for actually playing Rpg in H-game, though for that part it's really my bad.
• On side note; you can't "Release" your Yarimon before the update, so be careful catching two of the same kind that will get stuck in your inventory.

Character

• The main way to describe them is hot. To gave an actual context to their personality is props for the author writing.
• I do like the main character, the way he tries to console some of the women and not openly diss their kink is a lot ballsy than what I could be in that age, only that his stitch of "I'm not good enough" really get old fast.

Theme

• Lastly the theme of what is called cheating, I do agree on some principle that "cheat tackle" is a tool rather than win all be all game. Nothing is inherently wrong to use every aspect you have to win or get anywhere with life. Heck, no super boss is beatable without a potion and revive. But it really hurt when you win without one and still be called a cheater.
• Though the effect after you won the game could be considered unfair which is a definition of an action that benefit himself with zero repercussion.

Making some reviews on old games I've played here so I don't forget which ones I have or have no played, lol- lovely art style on this one! Though it gets a little repetitive with all of the battles sorta going the same way. I know it's to emulate gen 1/2 Pokemon, but after being addicted to the newer ones for so long, it's hard to get used to the old way of things where each team comp has 1-2 strategies to it total

This is a damn solid game. The gameplay is surprisingly fun (maybe because I've never played Pokemon, idk) so much so that I actually got hooked on the battles and collecting Yarimons, completely ignoring the sex stuff for a while. The plot exists, does its job, nothing crazy but it works.
Now, the real downside - scenes aren’t animated, just flickers between two states, which was kind of a letdown. On top of that, most characters only have one scene, which feels like wasted potential. But, and it’s a big but, the character designs? Holy shit, they’re insanely hot. Easily some of the best I’ve seen in this type of game.
Overall, even after sinking a ton of time into it, I’m giving it a 4/5—mostly because of the limited scene variety and crude animation. If I could, I’d rate it 4.5/5, but hey, site rules amiright

Yoo, this game is enough to make a cry man. The protagonist boy is ugly; indeed, you look like some side villain character who only appears in the tutorial mode and his lore is sad as fuck. Everyone sees you as a weakling cause of your looks. Despite all those criticisms, you are still a kind-hearted person. Even though you can just manipulate them however you like. Well, I liked the ending. 10 out of 10.

Loved the game, it satisfied you once you managed to get all characters. Pretty challenging because you need to have good combinations of Yarimons to defeat certain characters. I myself didn't really target to get all of the Yarimons, but I definitely managed to defeat all of the girls. The story itself is cool, the "scientist/old society creating a certain strong Yarimon" thing is not really my favorite plot, but I understood it.
It took times to get to the higher "enemies", you have to upgrade your Yarimons before try to fight another enemy with higher level, but it's all worth it in the end.

Beautifully done! Awesome SG and gameplay. I haven`t played pokemon games before, but even so i somehow feel nostalgia while playing this game. Same author, some style as always. I had 0 bugs throughout whole story, DLS`s are also stable.
