Was playing on android, so likely renpy(definetly wasn't walkaround 2d rpgm game).
MC is boy/young adult, living in some suburban home with his sister, don't recall if parents existed ingame.
You could move between different rooms/locations. One of the location was backyard(might have had a pool) of MC's house, which you cleaned up at one point in the story so your sister and her two friends had a place for cheerleader practice. There were events with some of them during their practice. One of those friends sneaked into your room later through the window.
MC's room layout was, door to the rest of the house to the left side, bed near a window on the right.
That's all I can remember atm.
