I don't remember much about it. I think it may have been an RPGM game. Some guy is given magic to fight evil.
The only thing I know for sure and can remember clearly is a lady cop blocking an alley where some woman was murdered. Later, you gain access and you sense a powerful evil that you need to come back to when you're stronger.
I also remember a school location and a beach, and you can visit a woman (demon? goddess? time-traveler?) from your room. Though, my memory might be blending these from another game.
