Assuming we can still download them with the ever more encroaching news stories...give it time.

Unveiling The Unknown.

Lot of content, nice sexual scenes, the unique art style (Which was kind of a collab between two artists), an excellent farming system, additional routes I haven't done yet, and a decent point & click combat system. It has a lot to do for a month.

There are a few depending on your tastes and time.

Space

Empyrion - Galactic Survival WITH reforged eden 2 mod. base game sucks but with mod you have a huge galaxy to explore, build, fight, trade.

X3 with or without expansions, smaller play area but can easily play for 6 months +

Kerbal space program 1 great mechanics, funny and tons of fun to play.

Medieval / Fantasy

Vintage story, procedurally generated world /s, deep crafting / building / survival system

Mount n blade warband, with or without mods, can easily get lost in the game and spend months playing

Unreal world, deep crafting / building / survival system

Valheim, procedurally generated world /s, fun game play, good crafting, building system

Skyrim or Morrowind or the Witcher 3 or Kenshi because they are great games.

Strategy

Civ 4 in my personal opinion the best civ and has the best mods

Your pick of total war all are good but have bugs here and there and some odd design choices.

Post Apoc

Project zombiod, fun, good crafting, building system

7 day to die, fun, good crafting and building system

Fallout 3 or new vegas great games with fun stories.

FPS

Arma 3 although the AI is some of the worst out there it's still fun and you can design your own missions.

X3 with or without expansions, smaller play area but can easily play for 6 months + I always end up in Teladi space and creating my own financial empire.

Project zombiod, fun, good crafting, building system Played and still do play, I like the more realistic aspect of dealing with the zombies and the customisation element of it.

7 day to die, fun, good crafting and building system Also got, although I have over 1000 hours logged on it, I went off it a bit when they updated the AI pathing and now zombies deliberately move around traps and identify the weakest block to target, smash and crawl though rather than simply walking towards you.

Fallout 3 or new vegas great games with fun stories. Oh yeah, played both, loved the dynamic with Ulysses.

FPS

Arma 3 although the AI is some of the worst out there it's still fun and you can design your own missions.

Well Ackshually....

The OP specifically stated what 'game' would you download. (ignoring that if the internet were down downloading would be impossible) Therefore you are wrong, books are not games.

Is....is this....is this what it feels like? To be Count Morado and correct people? I feel...I feel....a rush of warmth and power flow through me...like....like I am being fed by self righteous fury and pedantry....I can feel it overwhelming me.....must resist....must not post data....numbers....graphs....academic references...must....resist....

Public Spending Graph.png

Fuck I failed! It's too strong....the pedantic energy! I must depart the thread quickly!!!

(Joking aside I saved this as I was genuinely curious as to what occurred in 1930 and then again in 1960 that rapidly increased the Public Social Spending of so many countries, still haven't really found a conclusive answer, only conjectures.)

Since you have some open world zombie survival games have you heard or tried 'Surroundead'? It's a bit blocky graphics wise but quick to load and get into for a few minutes.

Audiobooks, if I'm off internet for a whole month I'll also turn into a lazy guy that just lay down on the sun in some Caribbean beach.

Edit: Or, in order to please angry grand-pa Icarus Media , CYOA books, since they are games....
So I'm not only becoming Count Morado I'm becoming a Count Morado and Anne O'nymous fusion!?

My day could not get worse.... :sneaky:

Don't worry, the headache is just due to your brain not having the habit to have more than three functional neurons, but it will pass soon.
Not really a flex or high hurdle if to be the composite of you and Count Morado is to only surpass 3 neurons is it?

Not to mention they do come in pdf etc. formats and have a very small size so technically they would be the best choice as OP could download a lot more of them and wouldn't be stuck with only 1 game.

Since you have some open world zombie survival games have you heard or tried 'Surroundead'? It's a bit blocky graphics wise but quick to load and get into for a few minutes.
Yup, it looked to me like dayz meets miscreated. The only downside for me in these games is that once you're settled you get OP too quickly plus they are A LOT more fun if you play with friends.

Are you hitting POI's in their space? Since they stopped allowing use of some of the salvaged turrets it has become a pain but there's some nice loot in the POI's and the new shielding in RE2 does help.

X3 with or without expansions, smaller play area but can easily play for 6 months + I always end up in Teladi space and creating my own financial empire.

Are you using mods? You can get one that lets you claim sectors and a pretty good pilot add-on that let's you try out combat more safely.

Skyrim or Morrowind or the Witcher 3 or Kenshi because they are great games.
I still occasionally do play Morrowind, I also play the online version ESO.

I played ESO but the lag killed most of the fun and the inventory and "premium" gimmicks killed the rest. After guildwars 2 and ff14, not giving material storage just feels cheap.

Project zombiod, fun, good crafting, building system Played and still do play, I like the more realistic aspect of dealing with the zombies and the customisation element of it.

If you liked the realistic aspect you should try unreal world. No zombies just hc survival, it has a bit of a steep learning curve but a lot of fun and frustration.

Agreed plus the d-sync issues ruin it fast when trying to lan.

anne O'nymous

I'm not grumpy, I'm just coded that way.

You're confusing "initial state" with "minimal requirement". But don't worry, it will soon be better.
