One of my favorite games on the site... I love it, but there are a bunch of things that could be improved.
The way it approaches gender transformation (gradual, body changing before mind) is one I (as a cishet male) find to be a more immersive way to explore "what is sexuality like as a girl" than any other I've found.
The reactions from the MC's surroundings, in my opinion, strike a good balance between surprise/confusion/teasing and acceptance/support/encouragement. Not all characters are necessarily likeable, and that's ok (not saying they couldn't be improved though...).
The biggest downside in my opinion is the forced pacing. It plays like a sandbox, but there are hard time limits - both for the game as a whole as well as for individual storylines. Do you feel like it would be more immersive to you to cautiously explore the transformation and getting to terms with being a girl slowly BEFORE starting to get physical with the main male love interest? Sorry, not an option - he gets together with someone else and stays that way. You essentially HAVE to start being physical with him while he and the MC still considers the MC to be a guy.
There are other areas that could be improved as well, but the forced pacing is the one that prevents me from giving this a 5, despite how much I've enjoyed it.
Pros:
I feel like this is a good experience, worth playing if you're at all curious about the premise. As much as I love it, I have to say I unfortunately think it will be very difficult to fix some of the issues. Having the game feel more dynamic when there's this amount of choice (as far as how the transformation progresses) is a complex task, and from what I'm seeing in-game and in the game files, it seems fairly hard coded to follow a somewhat strict path.
Still, if the author could figure out a way to have major story beats happen only when certain conditions are met (parents visiting with related big event I won't spoil, championship finishing) etc, allowing me to sit through the repeating filler events and progress more slowly *if I prefer* would be enough for me to rate it a 5.

Pros:
- Gender transformation done in an interesting, immersive way
- Reactions are somewhat believable and balances acceptance with light teasing
- Paper doll helps imagination along (despite many sprites being rough)
- Options for encouraging, resisting, steering and accepting transformations
- Writing quality is overall quite good
- I didn't encounter nearly as many continuity errors as one might expect from a game like this
- Hard time limits for game as a whole and for certain content (and often not communicated at all why/when you were locked out of something)
- Missing repeatable "filler" events for some actions - later in the game, some events read as if you're doing them for the first time, time after time.
- When there are repeatable events as filler after you've exhausted unique events of a type, they are often wordy (which led me to kind of start skipping reading most things near the end - and overflowed into barely skimming the actual story events).
- Sprites are often a bit rough, especially for background characters, some clothes etc.
- Clothes variation quite limited.
