Voice acting sucks even for hentai. It might be more realistic for how a girl might act in this situation, but raping a girl in full view of an office also does not make sense.

The animation is weak too. It's so choppy and not smooth. The art is wasted with the super shit animation.

Gameplay is terrible even by h-game standards. All you do is hit buttons until the bar fills up. A dog could actually finish this. The tedium is a turn-off.

While "the girl trapped in the window" you can touch her as you wish and excite her or bother her for your actions and therefore she will be more willing to do certain things like a blowjob, in this game there is none of this, if she has a "emotion meter" but it is only based on pressing the same button again and again until it reaches the top, the interaction is practically nil.
