I have encountered a game that sorta achieves what this thread is about though lacks in some areas, its akin to odyssey of gianna in some aspects

on tfgamesite is an itch io game that has the player character transform and play multiple transformations fully, each having their own stats and unique attacks, each also having a unique questline that gruntifies the character slowly, causing at the end of the questline a bad end (these questlines are up to the player to complete if they wanna gruntify its up to them)

this includes

- Becoming a slimegirl and joining a slime hivemind slowly losing your sense of self as you transform other adventurers into slime girls till you completely forget you yourself were once an adventurer

- Becoming a succubus with very powerful magic but demonic hunger and if your corruption reaches 100 you go full succubus and bad end

- wolf girl where you slowly become more and more feral the more you use your wolf attacks and instincts

the only issues right now are that the game is fairly hard, your quite heavily encouraged to use abilities like the succubus powers to survive.

and the game being fairly new releasing a couple months ago

But of the games ive played including the ones on this thread its fairly close to

however it does contain alot of identity death so might not be everyones thing.
Good god I love identity death if it’s done in a sexual way, like this game promises. Will try it myself next week maybe. Thank you!

its a good game for now, just note that everything before the first boss battle was months ago and after that, the mechanics and story improved a lot

Honestly, I've tried the game and enjoyed it up until I got to the fairy forest, at that point the game has become a 100% RNG fest, especially in the last few battles as you are forced to fight two boss fights in a row without any recovery time in between.

it also seems like damage numbers are not quite balanced, sometimes you get jumped by a group of 3-5 enemies, action economy just goes *brrt* and you're either transformed or sent straight into the game over screen. For reference your character has about 1000 hp on level 10, and you meet enemies that will hit you for 150, with a chance to crit for 300, and a chance to immediately retaliate when you hit them with an attack or magic, times that by 3-5, frustrating at best.

Stuff like that is why I say fk it and just use a save editor to give myself 999 attack

Not sure if anyone posted this here yet but Tir-na-rogue got a demo that I believe it didn't have prior.
I believe it fits this thread.

even without the back to back boss battle I believe its bugged, I had a really powerful spell (you can farm the wizards in the first area for spellbooks) that one shot most of the fairies however the fairy queen is I think meant to revive them but instead she just healed her entire hp every like 3 attacks, had to spam an ice attack that had a % of stunning to win

but regardless I recommend not doing the fairy forest anyway, the other areas rn do the transformations better particularly the wolf den in area 2

Wait, anyone actually plays and enjoys RPGM battles without save editor or MTool?
if a game focuses on paths of progress and tough decisions rather than grind
then yes absolutely
if there is just a good choice for character advancement
or im expected to waste my time killing the same guy a million times so i can have all the good stuff and all the points
then im using an editor cause fuck that. if the dev cant be bothered to make it interesting i cant be bothered to engage
