After days of no response, a reply at this point was unexpected. I know, it IS weird to want to be a hot woman, even though I am straight and not transgendered. I think it's because my exhibitionism is at odds with how I think I am quite unattractive, which would take the fun out of it to actually do. Also, naked guys tend to be looked at in a far worse way. Depending on their preperation method the fries can have around 300–600kcal per 100grams/3.5oz. In this way, you'd have 1500–3000kcal from french fries contra 70kcal from the iceberg salad. All too many premade "salads" also has a vast majority of their calories coming from dressings, bacon "bits", and what have you not. You are way better of introducing a lot of fruits in your diet (most juices can be seen as water with sugar, avoid drinking juice/soft drinks if you can). Many of their macronutritional profiles also fits the human needs quite well... I feel this is going to be a long conversation, if I don't stop myself.
