Overview:​

Replaces all Doom and Doom 2 monsters with mostly Zako Girls.
This is mod for a certain fetish, namenly Zako/Ryona.
Fitting for Doom it is bloody & gory, spiced with some sexy.
If this is not your cup of tea, then you probably won't enjoy the content of this mod.

As the original monsters are replaced, this mod is compatibel with vanilla level packs.
Not compatible are wads/mods that also tamper with the basic monsters and depend on it to work. (new AI routines, extra event coding, etc)

Do you mean GZDoom MDL 3D models? That's unlikely, I have no experience in actual 3D work.
In this version all Doom2 monsters are replaced by 3D rendered sprites though.
