Holy freaking heck, what a letdown this game turned out to be…
Let’s start with the good: the art is downright insane. It’s so stunning that it’s earned this game a solid two stars from me and is honestly the only reason you should even consider downloading it. Bonus points for accessibility—the art files are unencrypted in the game folders, so you can easily peek at them whenever you want.
Now, onto the game itself… I was beyond excited when I spotted this title in the latest updates. As a die-hard fan of the Zombie NTR (Netorare) setting, I saw endless potential here—potential that, sadly, this game completely fails to deliver on. I went in with high hopes, thinking the low rating might just be the usual RPG Maker (RPGM) and NTR hate that I, as a lover of both, can’t stand. But nope, the rating is dead-on accurate, and my disappointment is real.
The gameplay? Absolute trash. It’s clunky, frustrating, and feels like a chore. You can tell the creator tried to sprinkle in some cool features—there’s a beautifully animated pixel art overworld scene right at the start, and the pixel models are genuinely well-crafted, so props for that. But that’s where the effort ends. Everything else collapses into a messy heap. It’s so poorly executed that finishing the game without a guide (thankfully provided by a kind soul in the comments) feels nearly impossible. My pro tip? Grab Mtool—it’ll save you hours of headaches.
Then there’s the translation. It’s not unreadable, but it’s bad enough that you’ll be mentally rewriting every sentence as you go. For an RPGM game, which typically shines with overworld scenes—especially when paired with the intrigue of Mystery NTR—this one drops the ball entirely. There’s just… nothing there.
And the kicker? After slogging through the whole thing, I discovered it’s Corruption/Blackmail NTR—my least favorite kind. It’s such an overused, lazy trope in NTR settings, and I despise it. Worse still, I only found this out after finishing because the game doesn’t let you view scenes as they unfold or revisit them later. Talk about a gut punch.
This game could have been incredible. The art is phenomenal, and there’s some technical skill with the RPGM engine (despite missing collisions and bugs galore) plus top-notch pixel art. But does it all come together? Not even close. Is it worth playing? Honestly, I can’t recommend it unless you’re so obsessed with zombie mystery NTR that you’ve already burned through every other option in the genre. Otherwise, just download it for the art and skip the rest.
