Identify Zombie side-scroller

Hey there
I played this game long time ago. You play as girl (blonde?) in zombie/mutant infested lab. You were supposed to investigate there and kill mutants. I remember that toilets were save points.
It was a side-scroller.

Does anyone recognize this game?
