I would put this down to, you not understanding why everyone doesn't think like you.
The act of sex by nature is impregnation, so for some the folks its a logical endpoint, confirmation of relationship, dom, completeness - or other reasons, everyone is different.

The side quest, "Sex Ed," was on the Complete list, and after talking to Nadia, it was moved back to the Active list.
I can't proceed any further because I've already completed the quest.
(The pool boss also cleared, and a locker room locked with a password was opened.)
Is there a solution?
When I went to school I didn't get the "Sex Ed" quest but there was a rugby club zombie and it just proceeded. I was with Nadia.

Beta 0.13 is a short but sweet update adding a special event for Meredith for winning the second Character Showdown tournament!
Leslie, the winner of the first tournament, also received a special scene that is viewable in ZR1 as well as ZR2.
In order to access the new event, there is a temporary NPC just below the starting house that will take you to the new
content. In the future, this costume will need to be unlocked and accessed differently once proper implementation of events
are finished.
Additionally, in a future update, you will be able to have Meredith change into this new outfit for regular use around
the Grid!

I believe what they are referring to is the built in triggers depending on what you select as the name. Most games where you select the name, relationship etc it will just display whatever you type in for certain words in a sentence. In this game the difference between naming for example, Meredith "mom" or "Mom" completely changes or outright leaves out some of the dialog in game.

He has a mistake in the version number. There is no v0.13.5. The reason it was like that before is because the actual title is supposed to include a "$" character which can't be displayed. So it gave the misconception that it was version 0.13.5 when it is actually 0.13.
