Release Window | + Milf Showdown 2024


Hey everyone!

I hope you all are having a wonderful and cozy start to the holiday season!

== Release Window ==

The holiday update for Zombie's Retreat 2 is progressing along well. I'm currently planning to release it sometime in mid-December just before most holiday breaks begin.

A release sometime between Dec 13-20th is the current goal and I'm pretty confident in being able to finish everything by then!

== Milf Showdown 2024 ==

In addition, the 2024 version of the Milf Showdown has begun over on the Siren's Domain discord!

For those unaware, the Milf Showdown is a fan-run tournament that pairs all of the characters from every game against each other in a popularity poll. The winner of the women's bracket will receive a special costume & NSFW scene in the future!

The men's bracket is going on right now and the women's bracket will begin Dec 1st! Be sure to vote for your favorites!

Note: Rachel (ZR1) is still due for her special update for her tied 1st place victory with Jessie in the 2022 tournament. I do hope to fit in time for this update in the near future, early 2025! Thanks for staying patient, I hope you'll find her outfit & event to be worth the wait!

I ran into the same Nadia quest Sex Ed issue as all these people too.

After finishing Nadia Quest, there's a sex scene and then you suddenly appear alone in Crimson Apartments. Some who faced this said that when they go to grid, they find all NPCs are lined up at the bottom right corner of the map - not the case for me and some others. I tried talking to Nadia, she has the same dialogue as before the quest, asking you to go to the locker with her. Getting Nadia and going to the locker again, noticed inside the HS F1 map that MC, Nadia and Jenny are lined up on bottom right of map (the Nadia following me didn't disappear, she was also there) Going to Issac's locker in the locker room, I can't interact with it. In the Journal, the quest still urges me to go to the locker with her.

If it helps, I have v0.20.2, no mods or cheats, I so far finished all main quests upto Divide & Conquer, havent started Swamp ass yet. I also finished Scratch & Search, Joyride, A Touching moment, Office Party, Cherry Poppers, Homecoming. I have Cyclone and Swamp ass also active, but havent started on those.

Doesn't seem like we found a solution here and I saw a few people posted the same question in itch.io, but they got no response either. Iirc there's a discord for this, and Siren is in it too right? Can someone fwd this bug report to them?

There seems to be a bug with the "Sex Ed" quest, after completing it and going through the erotic scene I wake up in the east district apartments and the quest is not completed, seems like I can repeat it and the Ghoulish Mistery does not seem to trigger, at least for me. Could it be because my save was from v11?
Edit: seems like I also had to talk with her at night and then get a pixel animation of how her brother was doing. now the quest is completed.

I want to say that I also experienced this bug.
After finishing Nadia's current storyline, I was teleported to the crimson apartments, experienced the alternate sex scene (the one in her apartments) and then after the scene, your party is missing Nadia and you are alone in the East adventure map.
Now I get a game ending dark screen after I do her sex scene in her room (At the Grid town) at night

Anyone ever answer this? I have the same problem now. I finished the quest with Nadia and got the sex scene but when I got talk to her again she still says we have to go to her brother's locker. I installed the gallery mod, does that cause a glitch like this?

and yeah after i try enter nadia room at night i got the scene and isaac bangin his teacher and quest finished, finally!
i got so confused when we wake up alone in nadia old apartmen room, all the npc gone and the quest is't finished yet lol

Well, i thank you so much for anwering me but something went probably wrong with my game, nadia keep telling me to find isaac's locker but no one asking me for a code :s
Any update required to restart new game to prevent quest bugs maybe ?
It's probably what i'll do after waiting many updates for that game ^^

I just ran through the entirety of v0.20.2 and I did not experience any bugs regarding Nadia. I did the most of her story line after everyone else's routes.
I also took her to her apartment for the bonus sex scene there. Returned to the grid and had no issues. Got the cutscene of her brother and teacher in in the underworld.
I had no other quests active.

Not sure if I just happened to do it right, or if it should be done after other quests involving relevant locations.
