Yeah it's obvious it's still very early in development but i love the ideas i've seen in it so far. I can't wait to see this project grow ^_^Not a problem. I hope you enjoy
The project is dead with Unity. But later next year, I will start porting over everything in the Unreal Engine. I'm just in the process of porting over my other projects, first. I don't trust Unity after the crap they tried to pull.

Smart. Even if they aren't going to go through with their plan with older versions of unity the fact that their doing this at all is reason to move away from them. Time to dump unity altogether.
Yeah, I agree. There's a chance with the current CEO that he may do something like this, again.

When I start working on the Unreal version and I have a playable demo, I'll be sure to post the link on this thread. I still have a lot more relearning to do as far as animations in Unreal. So, that may take me some time.
Sorry it took so long to respond, I currently have no update on when the port will be completed. I'm currently in the process of porting over Raven as Demon Runner has been completed. I estimate Raven will take about 5 or 6 months but I could be way off. Once Raven is completed, then I'll be able to start working on The Hotel along with Evil Unknown (Horror game). As of right now, I've been taking some time off on the projects due to unexpected life circumstances but once I have a worthy update for you guys, I'll be sure to post on here. As always, if you have any question, thoughts, comments, and/or concerns. Please feel free to respond to this thread.

I wonder if anyone has tried their hand at a horror porn game (although I imagine some people would classify The Hotel as a horror porn game XD). I wonder how it would work, like a balance between fear and arousal. I'm sure there are some people that are into that (there's a reason why E6 has the tag fear_boner lol).
Yes a game with a base theme as horror, with monsters, predator animals, aliens, and psychopath woman, chasing down a guy then raping that guy and killing in various ways... I would play that game. I know there is some similar thing without the rape part out there, but an FPS game where your cock would be sucked by a Xenomorph before it bites off, or forced to sex with a Displacer Beast before she kills you...etc... that would be good.
I've been extremely busy porting over one of my other projects into the Unreal Engine. I've lost all trust for Unity and because of that. It may be a while before I get back to this project. When I do get back to this project I don't know if I'll use Unity or remake it in the Unreal Engine. All is still too early to tell.
As far as I know, Unity went back on that (moronic) idea of getting paid for free games.

I'm still nervous about using them. So, I haven't decided what I'll do, just yet. Plus it also depends on what is going to happen with me at my job. With all of the layoffs, I may be next in line.

Yeah it is waaay to late to unburn that bridge. Unity not just shot themselves in the foot with that but signed their death warrant and backpedaling now is not going to fix that.
Not only that but the fact the board allowed John to even attempt to push that is just insanity. The fact that they tried to quietly remove the terms of service and act like it was all retroactive. And the fact that they just said "trust us". That bridge wasn't only burnt, it was blown up, demolished, and the area turned into a chasm with no end in sight. Either way, that is the main reason why I'm thinking about doing that project in Unreal.
