Identify Fantasy-to-postapocalyptic game

Hi, help me finding a game I played a few years back. It is a RenPy game, started as a fantasy game where MC went on a journey with a girl and her father, out of the safe zone, somehow the father died, they met with strange humans, found a high-tech something under the water in a small lake, and probably after an explosion MC lost his consciousness - something (maybe an AI?) possessed him.
