It was about how to recover my account due to the password changes the site is doing.

this message applies to accounts that currently have weak passwords, the password reset is an additional security measurement to ensure that users should consider making a stronger password to improve security.
additionally, i think a 2FA authentication feature for an F95zone account would be very helpful and beneficial to implement on here sometime in the future, not only will a user have 1 strong password but they will also have ensured protection through 2FA authentication as well.
