I started the first part of laura again. But after laura's mom came, I ran into Jack in front of the grocery store. I guess I had to go into the grocery store. I came to where the houses are. If anyone knows how to go back, I would appreciate it if you help me.(I play the game on my phone)

I wanted to download Chapter 1 of this game and downloaded the .rar file. But when I try to extract it starts throwing me some error and I am not able to extract it. This is not just for this game but all games in general.
I have no issues with .zip files tho
