Abit late but these should work, I have only tested loveXHolic. Just add the file secret.ini into the data/save folder.
And for people who can't run the games, I think you need to use Locale Emulator (japanese) as I couldn't run it without.
There is a small chance, that changing your system locale to japanese will make it work, But I am not certain as I haven't tested it out.

Never played mama x holic but love x holic was definitely amazing with its story and character developpement. If someone is ever interested to translate it I'll gladly join and do the vampire route (I am okay with the common route too).
